Stirling Ackroyd Guildford deducts money form your rental deposits with no real proof. Once you show them that their calculations is incorrect they just blame their accounting department and never come back to you. They will keep your money for as long as they can. Its been more than 4 months now. I have sent 100s of emails and still nothing.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL I put an offer on a property to rent. My offer was accepted and I was sent a link to read a draft contract, confirm it was read and pay the deposit. I sent screenshots of error messages but I was being pressured to pay the deposit without reading the contract. They refused to email a PDF version and was told I would lose the property if I didn’t blindly pay the deposit. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and do not sign anything or pay a deposit unless you are fully informed as to what you are agreeing to!

Woking Office Shona West managed and project managed a very substantial and complicated home flood insurance claim , which took 9 months to complete. She consistently addressed and followed up with Insurers and communicated and appraised us of progress. Her suppliers were excellent as was the main contractor Westworks and team, who put the house back together.We have worked with Shona for the past 5 years who has delivered outstanding service for which we are most grateful.

Isaac called when he said he would. Persisted gently when he couldn't get hold of me. Remained calm when I was stressed. Previously dealt with some of the team in South Norwood (incl Simon) and they was just as good. I wish all lettings and estate agents could be as good.

I consider this agency unprofessional, after having made an offer for a commercial space, we discovered that the space was still available on their site, and when we reported it to them they told us that our offer was in competition with other offers.. Again more serious because I never received an email telling us this. Then they told us that the owner asked the agency for 3 months to rent this space. Which was not communicated to us when we visited the commercial property. And this makes it even more unprofessional... Because if this information is not acquired first by the tenant, this agency probably doesn't know how to do its job. Their lack of pressure lies in not having communicated all these things beforehand. In addition to calling me only to say in threatening tones to remove this review,. Truly an unprofessional agency..
