My friend and I was looking for a places to stay for 3 months, we have been looking for a month on spareroom, gumtree and citylets but it didn't turn well. I was very impressed with the proactive staff at Edlets. I found something close to city centre and within my budget. Which was not the case when looking at other options. I am yet to visit Edinburgh but hope that my experience at the room i rented would be similar, if not better, to what i experienced with Edlets. Highly recommended especially at this busy Fringe time. Well done guys.

The staff (Jill and Mark) were extremely helpful in sending me many options and answering all my questions (they deserve 5 stars). They promptly answered all my inquiries and gave me great advise and information especially since I've never been to the area. I wish the website had customer reviews on the individual properties. As long as the accommodation is as it appears in the listing and all goes well, I'll be a very happy customer! I reserved a five star review until I return from my trip and I think they could make the decisions easier if they included customer reviews.

I've used Edlets twice now and have been very happy with the service. We visit Edinburgh during the festival each year while demand and prices for rooms are high. However using Edlets we have been able to find very good private accomodation near the city centre for around a third of the price of the cheapest hotel room. My favourite feature of the website is the fact that when you make an enquiry to a particular residence, other places also receive that enquiry and can email you their offers. It's almost like putting you stay out for tender, and ensures that you are able to get the best price and location possible. It also lets you browse residences that you may have missed on your initial search. Edlets also seem to really care about who they let advertise on their site, and this helps me trust that they will not let me down with a bad letting experience.

I found it very easy to book with Edlets and appreciate the amount of information provided about each property.
