Great service, well-timed response

After struggling to log into the Shred-it portal since September, we finally were able to gain access by the help of the customer service team. Paul Dodd and Eric Pinto were amazing. Yes, it did take a little longer than we were all expecting as they had to work out a whole reset for our school but everything was sorted within 25 minutes and now bills and servicing can be paid and ordered online. Absolutely brilliant.

Jamie Marshall dealt with my request for copy invoices. They were sent to the incorrect email address, however the communication from Jamie was very good.

I don't rate Shred It generally for customer account queries, especially via Account Managers. I've raised queries a few times and have had no response or the action to be taken, hasn't actually been actioned. Bethany helped me quickly, friendly and efficiently with my query, and actually answer an account question that had been sitting with my account manager for a few weeks !!! Thanks again Bethany :-)

I recently used Shred-it and found their service to be mostly efficient and professional. Dean was particularly helpful, making the bulk shredding process straightforward and stress-free, even though my situation was a bit complex. Their team was punctual during collection, and despite a slight mix-up in regards to the collection details being ground floor only when we are located on the first floor, the staff quickly handled it. I did encounter a minor billing issue as I was charged for an extra bag I hadn't pre-paid for, but this was resolved after some communication. Overall, except for the billing confusion, Shred-it provided a solid shredding service, and I would recommend them to others. 4 stars.

I called very short notice for a document retrieval and within a very short time they scheduled for someone to come to the office and help us, despite the busy period.

Excellent service provided by Shaf, went the extra mile to change our weekly collection to accommodate. Always very helpful and polite over the phone and will do his best to support.

Good reliable shredding service. We had a slight issue with the invoicing but this was sorted out in a speedy matter by the lovely Louise Preston.

Helpful staff who took away the bundles of documents without fuss. Saved me a lot of time that transparent punched pockets, staples, etc did not need to be removed before collection. Only criticism was that Shred-It arrived at the doorstep without making a prior appointment just as I was going out!
