If I could I’d put Zero. I’ve wirked in the travel industry for years so know pretty every example of dynamic pricing. However, I believe this company is using this as an excuse to “bait and switch” (Legal Definition of bait and switch. : a fraudulent or deceptive sales practice in which a purchaser is attracted by advertisement of a low-priced item but then is encouraged to purchase a higher-priced one.) When I clicked to book the room on the search it came up again £93 for 2 nights room only . When I clicked for the second time on the button to “book cheapest room” it then came up with a 3rd page still showing £93 with a button “book and pay”. On clicking on that button to the 4th page it then said “oh no the price has changed a bit” at €147, an increase of 54%, with the message “we always guarantee the lowest price”. This to me indicated that dynamic pricing is changing but guaranteeing the lowest price at that time of booking. No where on that page did it mention something had to be “claimed back” or link to the terms and conditions. Stating “guarantee lowest price” is not the same as having a price guarantee and I think the booking page is misleading as it offered the price of £93 3 times before telling me it had gone up to €147 when I went to pay whilst telling me it always guarantee the lowest price with no reference to the very specific criteria. I searched again and got the booking for £118 inc breakfast !! Avoid this company I complained about bad practice and just got further BS.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE RESERVATION 33 € sur leur site mais débité 44€ et l'hôtel loue 39€ la nuit Arnaque et malhonnête Ne pas utiliser ce site . payer plus cher chez nustay que la chambre ne vaut. Très mécontent

This is a scam, after approving the price and giving them my credit card info for the booking, Nustay said the room was a different price. The price was increased. My bank also called my cell phone immediately and said that Nustay was a fraud risk and they denied the payment. I booked the same room with Expedia for the less than the "New Adjusted Price". **Update** Nustay promptly replied to my negative Rating. This was very professional. However, their response was to tell me that it is expected for the price to increase after the credit card information is collected. After investigating father, I see that Nustay is notorious for Bait & Switch pricing. They list unrealistic low prices, and then increase the price after they collect your credit card information. Their explanation about confirming price and room availability is only an excuse. I have never used another online booking site in the last 20 years that operated this way. I also found out Nustay is based in Denmark. This business practice may be acceptable in Denmark, but it is unethical in the US. My recommendation is to AVOID Nustay for your booking.

I was booking for a last minute hotel room and found that Nustay had the best rate. So I booked immediately and right after I called the hotel for confirmation. However the hotel couldn't find the reservation because the system took time for transaction to go through. I emailed the customer service of Nustay to secure and confirm the booking. Olivia, the agent who helped me that day was quick, professional, and responsive. She proactively contact the hotel and resolved the issue in less than an hour. I highly recommend others to try them.

Auch bei mir: Relativ attraktiver Preis für ein Hotel in Singapur für 90 Euro die Nacht (Reisedauer: 25. bis 28. März, Hotel Parkregis). Als ich dann buchen wollte, poppte auch bei mir ein Hinweis auf mit dem üblichen "Oh nein...."-Text. Der Preis wäre plötzlich 149 Euro. Äh, what? Schade, denn schon einige Stunden vorher wurden mir 90 Euro angezeigt. Nur wie gesagt bei der finalen Buchung ging er hoch - das ist doch schon ein merkwürdiger Zufall.... Schade.

Je viens de découvrir Nustay en passant par Google Maps pour réserver, cela s'est fait très rapidement. J'ai reçu la facture puis la réservation 10 minutes après (comme prévenu dans le premier e-mail), étonné car bien moins cher. Je venais de tenter chez un concurrent où j'ai subit une mésaventure. Cordialement.

I can only confirm, bait and switch. In my case, the price increased by 30%, nullifying any advantage against booking.com or any other online service. I'll report them to google and tripadvisor too, so that they're not presented in their price comparison anymore.

Man this is the worse hotel booking site Ive ever used and I’ve use over 10 different ones..For one thing.How can they have a customer service number that doesn’t even work..I’ve called for 2 days straight for help and all I’ve got was the same message to email.. I booked a room through this site and they immediately charged my card for the price of room but when I got to the room they told me that they didn’t have my reservation therefore causing my to have to pay cash out of my pocket for the room..then when I went to the clerk the next morning he said my confirmation came in later that morning after like 2 am..so basically I was calling to cancel so I wouldn’t be paying 2 times in one night for a cheap motel but that’s exactly what happened and they have yet to still return my money or help me out or even contact me

Menuda incompetencia. Hice una reserva por la noche, para el dia siguiente. Primero me ofrecen una tarifa y despues resulta ser de 40 euros mas casi. Pero lo peor de todo es que me envian un mail diciendome que esta pendiente de confirmar y hoy, 12 horas despues aqui esperando a saber si hay o no reserva a dos horas de poder entrar en el hotel. Escribo y escribo y no contestan. Menudo desproposito. A todas estas el dinero retenido en mi cuenta y yo sin poder reservar en otro sitio para que no me cobren en ambos. Una y no mas! Espero me devuelvan el dinero. Nula seriedad

After entering all my personal/payment data, the quoted price suddenly increased by 30% Is this even a legit site or are they interested in my personal data? UPDATE after the Nustay reply below: After I've seen the 30% price increase I aborted the booking and booked on Agoda instead. They were 10% more expensive than Nustay's initial offer, hence still significantly cheaper than Nustay's "revised" price. I'm not going to go through the trouble tocpost screenshots and whatnot to achieve what? I booked already with Agoda. To get a coupon for my next booking with Nustay? No thanks, not happening. I suggest Nustay change their system instead to make away with "revised price". Other review pages are full of people complaining about this behavior. Should've read that first...

My husband got really ill and wasn't going to be able to travel. I had purchased a non-refundable hotel stay. I called Nustay hoping and praying they would help. I wasn't getting my hopes up. I emailed, and to my surprise they replied fairly quickly. Nina emailed me and stated she would try her best to get me a refund. I wasn't expecting a reply back until after the the new year. To my surprise, Nina emailed me within 30 mins stating I would be getting a full refund! I am eternally grateful and will not hesitate to book my next hotel stay through Nustay in the future. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

Firs time using Nustay and I am a very happy customer. Got the great deal for a hotel that I booked and it was $30 cheaper than anywhere else online! Ended up having to talk to customer service over an error the hotel themselves brought up, and customer service was swift, prompt and excellent with every detail. Ivana was the one I spoke to and she was fantastic. Getting a $40 cheaper hotel room, and a nice place too. I'll be using this again!

PLEASE BEWARE Very misleading and will trap you with deals just to mess up your stay. This website is also a scam, beware when booking TRIPLE check everything before booking . Also their customer service is FAKE , call them any time or any day and the line will claim it’s busy and will NEVER answer your calls . They also claim to have an “emergency email “ for emergency issues but that’s also FALSE. They don’t get in reach with you for more than 20-24 hours after contacting them ... Very funny how they responded trying to make it seem like they’ve been helpful . Before I posted on Trust-pilot they weren’t responding, as soon as I posted something the “manger” messaged me . LIKE I SAID BEFOFE , they are LIARS and will go in circles before being straight forward . This response Helped Nothing .. and I got ripped off $230 for a stay I never wanted .

We hebben een prachtig hotel geboekt in new york. De prijs was super maar na boeken bleek er opeens toch onverwachtse kosten bij te komen. Hierover contact opgenomen en dit is onwijs serieus en goed opgepakt. Er bleek een fout te zijn in de software en deze is opgelost en de kosten die onduidelijk waren werden teruggeboekt. Ze doen er echt alles aan om je een mooie boeking te geven en zijn echt zo transparant als ze claimen. We komen terug!
