This is a joke of a company, they advertise cheap rooms then once you have put your card details in the prices more than double... if anyone from this pathetic company manages to read this review can I ask WHAT IS THE POINT IN THIS STUPID SERVICE YOU PROVIDE? this only wastes my time and I obviously won't book a hotel that is more than double the price once you go through to the booking section

I'm a hotel operator and have been in touch with Nustay on several occassions to inform them that they have incorrect product information including bedding types, incorrect information regarding car parking and have been displaying rates that are not available.... Despite being the second time in three months that I've contacted Nustay, I received a response of "on first look nothing seems to be wrong from our side. We are distributing the prices we are receiving from our partners and have been informed we are allowed to sell" I've tried about 8 times to make a reservation however have been met with the same problems as other posts, before falsifying some details and eventually, I was able to make a reservation. Nustay then called my hotel to ask if the reservation was prepaid and if it was confirmed!! Our response was "as the selling agent, surely you know if the reservation is confirmed or if payment has been made?" In reality - the reservation had reached us via another online agent, however void of any contact details. The first time we brought this to their attention (Expedia) immediately set about shutting down the "partnership" and to this day, I believe has done so. The most recent reservation that I was able to make reached us via Agoda and I am currently trying to once again shut that down. I CANNOT risk taking reservations by sites that are misleading our guests and further more cannot take reservations without guest contact details! I will be contacting the ACCC and Office of Fair Trading about these practices and I will also be turning away any guests that book through Nustay.com until which time they can demonstrate that they are operating in the best interest of the consumer and the "partner" property that they choose to sell rooms with.

United States | 20 November 2019I had booked the hotel from Nustay since it was showing available on their site. I booked it around 10 days before of actual stay date. Payment was also done and i received confirmation email. I already had left my city/state for my vacation and when i reached hotel with my family (with 2 small kids) at late night, i came to know that my booking is cancelled. Ultimately I was driving whole day since morning and spending time with family, I did not check email that day. When i came to know that my booking was cancelled then i checked my email and found that Nustay had sent an email notifying me about that around 10 am on my booking date (if u r on vacation and driving, who will keeping checking emails); I tried to call them but noone was picking up the phone. All other hotels were fully booked since it was long weekend. I know how i managed that night. So what did Nustay do 10 days? why did they cancelled my booking at 11th hour? what is the use of confirmation email of booking?. BTW, they returned my booking amount and gave compensation nearly of same amount after a month ( i had to followup for that). Getting money back and compensation does not work when you don't have roof to stay at midnight.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2019Like a few other reviewers, i tried to book on Nustay as it showed the lowest rate for the hotel I wanted. By the time I went to put in my card details it said unavailable, however a few days later they were still advertising this rate, so tried again and again it was unavailable! Actually spoke to the hotel about this and apparently it's a regular thing. They say it's all down to a cashing issue, but it's a lie because they don't have access to the hotel's inventory at all. Also read that other booking sites have barred them for their tactics. Think I'll stick to well known booking sites in future since I couldn't book with Nustay.

United States | 06 November 2019When you jump through all the hoops TO RESERVE you soon learn that the whole process is a GIGANTIC waste of time. The rooms are all booked ! When they send an Email advising you that the room or the rate is nonexistent but call us and we will help, NO ONE WILL ANSWER. Don't waste your time with Nustay !

United States | 04 November 2019Nustay more like NOstay! Everytime i try to book it says Sold out, but has me go through the entire check out process, including enter my credit card info. Seems lk a scam! Beware!!! Also shows low price then when you try to book it jumps the price way up! Garbage

United States | 03 November 2019Nustay advertises deceptively low prices for hotel rooms on Google hotel search to lure you to their site, but when you actually try to book, the rooms aren't there at that price. That is incredibly misleading, and they should only be allowed to advertise prices for rooms that are accurate and can actually be booked.

Nouvelle recherche,je rempli à nouveau le formulaire de réservation pour un autre hôtel,je valide une fois de plus le payement et là...l'hôtel est à nouveau indisponible ! Donc si vous voulez perdre votre temps,utilisez Nustay !!!

Italy | 01 November 2019Ci sono degli alberghi civetta. Hotel di ottimo livello a prezzi pazzeschi. All’inizio pensavo ad error fare ed invece era solo uno specchietto per le allodole. Infatti qualsiasi metodo di pagamento abbia tentato ( visa, Amex, Apple Pay ) il pagamento non andava mai a buon fine.. ho prenotato con Booking! Più caro ma sicuro e onesto... Sigh..ci avevo creduto

Te piden los datos de la tarjeta y cuando ya los has metido te dicen que no se puede hacer la reserva!
