This company WILL go bust Advertising a price for a hotel room, wanting all your CC details then it comes up the room price is no longer available. This is shocking, what are you doing with my CC details? Shouldn't you be checking the room availability before asking for CC details Shocking !!!!!!

Reservo y cuando finalizo el proceso de reserva y doy los datos completos de mi tarjeta de crédito me sale un mensaje diciendo que esa oferta ya no existe. Vuelvo a mirar en Google y veo que la siguen anunciando. La reserva es un timo y encima ahora tienen los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito. Les llamo y por supuesto me sale un mensaje diciendo que sus líneas están ocupadas y que les pase un email. NO RECOMENDABLE!!!

The Westin in San Jose has been completely sold out for WEEKS. I wish I could post a screenshot of Nustay saying there are rooms available for only $157 a night. It wanted my payment info and once booked it would be non-refundable. I called the Westin personally. They confirmed they do NOT have any blocks of rooms available for Nustay NOR do they know who Nustay is. This is not a cached or "sold out too fast from high demand" this is a SCAM issue. BEWARE!

Preislich in Ordnung aber katastrophaler Kundenservice. Die Buchung wurde dem Hotel erst nach Rückfrage durch den Kunden bestätigt. Die Bitte um Ausstellung einer Rechnung auf eine Firmenadresse wurde 3 Wochen nicht beantwortet. Nicht auf Mails zu reagieren ist die schlechteste Art von customer service. Leider kann ich nustay nicht weiterempfehlen. Nur ein guter Preis reicht nicht.

Not able to honour advertised price on NuStay.com (apparently hotel didn't update their offer), which is a problem in itself. At the same time NuStay continued to reserve the amount on my credit card despite never making an agreement on price. This was my first attempt with Nustay and I have never experienced the same with other platforms where I have always received immediate confirmation.

This site won't last long with this approach of advertising low prices and pretending rooms are available, then going on review boards and saying it's a timing issue on essentially everyone's posts. Good luck.

Nustay wasted my time during planning a Vegas trip. Several promising hotels had their best prices through Nustay. THREE TIMES I tried to book through them only to have the price magically 'increase' to what other providers listed, after accepting my CC information.

Same as other reviews - advertised price £245 price at booking £390. I understand their premise of a dynamic pricing model but a 62% increase between query and payment is not acceptable or believable.

Don't even bother. Price not upheld, they claim it's due to dynamic prices but doesn't seem anyone can get the price they originally quote. Total scam and avoid at all costs UPDATE: Typical BS reply from NuStay. Copy and Paste reply saying about dynamic pricing again but it is not! Look at all the 1 star reviews. AVOID

Nustay are classic exponents of "Bait and Switch" Advertising. They will advertise the cheapest rate on Metasearch sites such as Tripadvisor and then when it comes time to book the rate they pretend that the rate has just sold out (after capturing your credit card and personal details). I have tested this theory over 50 times in the last few days across multiple properties and metasearch, and recorded the sessions as evidence. Nustay will respond to these claims here as if it's a technical issue from hotels and providers - this defence is entirely inaccurate and implausible, and getting repetitive here to the point that it can't just be glitches

Crooks, advertise a cheap price then try to trick you in the final checkout by asking if you will accept a massive hike. The accept button massively highlighted. Edit: Don't lie in your reply. You have an API to find live room prices. After you hiked up the price on the hotel, I deleted my cookies and tried again with the same result. Your developers have been told to deliberately show lower prices than those available. I can prove it and have forwarded it.

Scam. repeatedly offers low price all the way through the booking process until entering card details then asks if it's ok to double price. Dishonest and will recommend to all not to use.

Once you press "book" they double the price of the hotel room. Do not use.

Ni reserva confirmada, ni precio increíble. Es bueno que lo sepan otros clientes. Han usado la famosa técnica de ofrecer un precio y que a la hora de pagar sea un precio mayor, casi el doble.

Advertised a rate and then AFTER entering CC info said wasn't available. Advertised rate continued to show up online. Don't trust this company.

Advertise 1 price then after you enter your CC details inflate the price much higher than the competition. Don't waste your time.
