I've tried to book several hotels through it over the past few days, and EVERY time the rate has gone up once I got ready to purchase. Tonight, it went from $700 to $1400+. Totally dishonest and a COMPLETE waste of time.

Man fylder skemaet ud og til sidst siger den "prisen bliver opdateret løbende hele dagen" prisen er steget 100 kr. Accepterer du den nye pris. Jeg tænkte det er sgu snyd, den får de ikke lov. Jeg udfylder det hele en gang til og pludselig kan jeg godt få den oprindelige pris. Det er en forretningsmodel, hvor man forsøger at lukrere på folk dovenskab og tro på at prisen vitterlig er steget. Nustay er ikke dne eneste der laver dette trick har opæevet det før. Men det skal de ikke have lov til derfor denne opsang. Og jeg har allerede regnet svaret ud, det er simpelthen for plat. (grunden til at prisen er faldet er fordi, der er en der har afbestilt et værelse og udbuddet derfor er steget) Fint det kan man vise ved at screendumpe ens datalog.

Singapore | 14 September 20194 days before the stay, customer service told me that the hotel was overbooked. Nustay had issued me a hotel check-in voucher 12 days ago to confirm my booking. Recommended me to move to another hotel 4 km away that is half the room rate. As a result of the late notice, the available room rates around the area have gone up sharply. I felt that Nustay used low rates to attract my booking and then forced me to accept a lower grade hotel at the same rate. Completely not acceptable. I will never use them again !

Czech Republic | 13 September 2019Everything worked perfectly - no problems with checking in or out at the hotel. The request was a receipt by e-mail to the support has been very promptly handled and the receipt sent to me. I will definitely use nustay again.

United States | 12 September 2019They post false prices on google. You fill out all of the information only to find out that the price is 4X - 5X the posted price.

Spain | 12 September 2019We made 2 bookings for the same night in different hotels around Rennes, when they were supposed to be for one consecutive day each. Very fast we realized our mistake and wrote to the customer service. Fortuntelly they solved it with the hotel without any problem and any extra charge and in less than one day. We were very glad and happy for this :)

Switzerland | 11 September 2019Ganz übel! Habe meine Rundreise gebucht und entschlossen die route zu ändern. Bei allen anderen Anbietern hat das wunderbar funktioniert und die Reservationen konnten ohne Probleme geändert werden. Nur bei nustay braucht es 3 Tage bis man eine Antwort bekommt und am Ende heisst es, "die Frist ist leider abgelaufen"! Also mussten wir das ganze doppelt bezahlen. Als Entschuldigung teilten sie mir mit, ich hätte eben telefonisch stornieren müssen. Ich wollte aber gar nicht stornieren sondern ändern. Zudem wählt auch jeder den schriftlichen Weg wenn es um die Einhaltung von Fristen geht. Aber wenn ich erst 3 Tage später die Mail zurückbekomme dass diese Mail für Zahlungsprobleme sei und nicht für Stornierungen und danach meine Mitteilungen nicht berücksichtigt werden.... Einfach Abzocke! Und aufgepasst! Das ganz kommt natürlich zustande weil die Buchungen nicht von nustay selbst durchgeführt werden. Habe im Nachhinein erfahren, dass nustay die Buchung bei einem Agenten (also Dealer) bucht, der das ganze dann bei Expedia buchte. Expedia war dann am Schluss der offizielle Buchungskontakt. Daher konnte mir weder das Hotel noch Expedia weiter helfen, als ich versuchte direkt den Kontakt auf zu nehmen. Also ganz einfach: Einmal, aber nie wieder!

United States | 06 September 2019The only issue that I had was the water was shut off both days I was there (all day).I feel they should of put bottled water in each room when they had to do this. The room was nice and clean but very small. The view was the alley which was no big deal.

Spain | 06 September 2019To the everyone affected by the Nustay´s bait and switch unfair commercial practices (me included), you can file a small claim form and be liable for up to a EUR 5000 compensation by filling out Regulation No. 861/2007 form on the european court website. This is what I an gonna do, as such decieving practices are unacceptable.

I booked a room, and was later informed that the room was booked from a different platform and that the price had gone up (within the time that I had booked it). They were no longer willing to honour my original price. I also tried booking a different hotel and after using Apple Pay, a message would pop up saying that the price has increased and whether I would be willing to accept the much higher price. Classic use of 'foot in door technique.' Falsely advertising lower rates to hook you onto the website, whereupon which you will be instructed to accept a much higher price. Or allowing a booking at a low price, whereupon which they will email you to say the room is gone and to accept a more expensive room with no discount. Poor business. I would give zero stars if I could.

Egypt | 04 September 2019I had a very satisfying experience with Nustay.com, and I used their service to have a very nice honeymoon vacation in Sahl Hasheesh, Egypt. They offered a very good deal and they were able to maintain and keep their offer despite some conflict with the standard hotel rates. The customer service was more than professional and I liked much their excellent communication and their care of details. They kept in touch with me until confirming the reservation, and when I arrived at the hotel, I found everything was on the right track, and they even took care of my special requests with the hotel. I would highly recommend Nustay.com and would definitely like to use their offers again in the future.
