Hotel Princesse Flore à Clermont Ferrand pour la date du 07/10 AU 08/10, et au moment de payer la chambre, le tarifs passe à 171 euros , ayant prit contact avec l'hotel il se trouve que le prix de la chambre est de 130 euros maximum. Grosse arnaque, site de publicité mensongère à éviter de toute urgence ... Site à fermer d'urgence grosse arnaque, pas de suivi mauvais SAV....

France | 29 September 2019J'ai réservé une chambre via la plateforme nustay. Le prix a été réactualisé au moment du paiement (ben tiens...). Mais c'était écrit annulable jusqu'au 29/9. Je vous sur la confirmation que finalement il fallait annuler avant le 27/9 0h00... Euh j'ai réservé le 27/9 à 18h... Je retourne sur le site, impossible de retrouver ma réservation, il fait un compte client... On a su me faire payer dans créer de compte. J'ai envoyé un mail je suis en attente de réponse... Je ne suis pas satisfaite et espère être intégralement remboursée avec l'annulation faite !

Italy | 29 September 2019Ho prenotato una camera su questo sito, ho effettuato il pagamento e ho ricevuto una email con scritto che il pagamento è stato rifiutato e che dovevo inserire un altra carta per il pagamento, mi hanno tolto comunque i soldi dalla carta e io non ho una prenotazione. Non so neanche come farmi ridare i soldi...

I called 3 times and tried to solve my booking problem, the staff told me they booked via a Danmark agency, and its 2am over there. The problem is not solved and I don't know when I can get my money back. Do not book with this website no matter when! Terrible experience!!!

United States | 25 September 2019I booked a room 7/2019 for tonight. While my credit card was charged, upon check in, the hotel didn’t have my reservation. My name wasn’t even in the system. Luckily, there was an available room which I had to pay for. EDIT: My original rating was 1 star because of my apparent failed booking. After being contacted by Nustay because of my original negative experience, I provided them information about my booking and they were able to determine the error. The found the hotel had my booking listed under the first letter of my middle name and not my last name, which is why they were unable to locate me. The hotel refunded me for my additional payment (not the original payment through the site, but the payment on the day I stayed). Nustay did all the leg work with talking to customer service at the hotel to clear up the discrepancy. The process took about 18 days. I am bumping my review to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service when the error was made. It's not 5 stars because I've yet to successfully book with them (0/1 tries).

Germany | 23 September 2019Vorsicht! Dieses Unternehmen gibt falsche Information um Ihnen die Entscheidung zu erleichtern. Auf dem Buchungsformular stand "Kostenlos stornieren bis zum 31.10." Dann kam in der Buchungsbestätigung "Nicht erstattungsfähig" aber im Kleingedruckten in der gleichen E-Mail "Kostenlos stornieren innerhalb von einer Stunde nach Buchung". Das habe ich daraufhin sowohl per E-Mail als auch per Telefon gemacht. In der gesamten Kommunikation hat man diese Fakten einfach ignoriert und bestand darauf, dass ich einen nicht stornierbaren Tarif gebucht habe. Was ich vor der Buchungsbestätigung nie gesehen habe, bzw. im Gegenteil.
