Like one of the other reviewers, I was promised a rate of about 85 euros and after putting in all my financial details was told the rate had gone up to about 130 euros which is what all the other booking companies had quoted for the same airport hotel. I'm kicking myself for taking the risk and just hope they won't use my details in a way I'll regret. I would advise you NOT to use them! If all the other companies knew about the higher rate, they cannot convincingly say things have changed at the last minute ...

Great price and great support thanks all staff

Searched for a specific hotel in London and Nustay came up with a great offer. Immediately tried to book but prices ended up much higher "this price is nor available anymore". I tried another search a few hours later, the same great offer came up, but again the price was much higher after filling in the booking information. This is a scam company and should be banned from booking sites. Update: Deleted browsing history and data as suggested by Nustay. Exactly the same result. This is misleading advertising in my opinion.

This is the best experience so far when it comes with booking accomodation on web platforms. Easy to register, good to compare offers and simple with no hassle. I highly recommend this platform

Nustay.com is a big lie . That's what happened to me when I booked in New York city The price they but was less so I booked with them and after that they send an Email saying we are sorry !!!! Your booking was not accepted we will look for another hotel for you and they made it the worst experience ever I will not book with this lieing site again All Emails between them and I is still saved

Nustay lies about its prices not only to make itself look more attractive, but also to collect your personal information INCLUDING your credit card card number before telling you what the price really is. This is blatantly predatory, dishonest and certainly violates the standards that the credit card companies require from companies that use their services. It is no different from false advertising which is criminal.

A very good stay and nice hotel

When initially booking through nustay, I thought I was getting a great deal. The rates at the hotel I wanted to stay at in palm springs for my honeymoon seemed lower than if I was to book direct. Making payment through the nustay website was easy enough but once the funds had left my account and I'd received my order confirmation, I didn't hear anything to confirm that the hotel had actually received the reservation from nustay. I had to chase nustay twice to confirm that my room had actually been reserved. I also spoke directly with the hotel and they confirmed they had not received a booking reservation from nustay. Having to do so much work - especially given it was my and my wife's honeymoon - was painful. Fortunately, after a few attempts at chasing, both the hotel and nustay eventually came back to confirm the room. My wife and I arrived at the hotel - our stay was great! However, when checking out, I was charged over $120 in taxes and fees by the hotel which wouldn't have been surprising if it wasn't for nustay stating that the price I paid back in April covered all taxes and fees. Both the order confirmation and booking process lead me to believe all taxes and fees were included so it was shocking. When I complained to nustay about this, they did not rectify anything. I simply received a very blunt, non personalised and robotic response: 'We hope for your understanding in this regard' was used a number of times - not at all helpful. They even decided to screenshot the terms and conditions from another booking platform to prove that fees were also going to be charged by the hotel. They did not screenshot their own terms and conditions. Completely misleading and feel cheated by nustay. To be honest, it has left a very sour taste in what would have been a lovely honeymoon. Poor customer service/experience and I certainly won't be using this booking platform again. James -- In response to Nutstay's reply: To the point about confirming with the hotel upon issuance of my voucher, that simply did not happen. My correspondence with the hotel confirms that they did not receive any notification from nustay until over a week after my booking had been made. Simply not good enough. All I ask is that they take my feedback on board to better their customer experience rather than sending default customer service statements.

Vert disappointed by this Platform I paie 60€ more than booking and hotel.com Reply : sorry but on hotel.com it’s 520€ allo taxes included And on Agoda.com it’s 500€ With a discount of 20€ after the booking. So your price is not competitive as a good deal

Staff were very helpful and the room was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We'll book again.
