Extremely dishonest. Not reliable for planning trips as they can hike prices at any point and cancel your booking if you don't pay additional costs. We paid for a 3-night stay in a hotel, received notification that we will receive a hotel voucher in the email within 10 minutes. We proceeded to book rest of our trip including airplane tickets, only to get email from Nustay hours later that the rate we booked was "snatched" just before we booked and that we either need to pay more for the hotel or book different hotel ("in the unfortunate case that you wouldn't be interested in proceeding with the extra payment for the original hotel"). Customer service never bothered to really resolve this issue, even after we explained that booking at higher cost would put us significantly over budget for our trip. Even a day after we were notified that our rate cannot be honored since it was "sold out" the same price remains displayed on their website. We even pointed out this to their customer support but no action was taken to prevent similar experiences. In another case they advertise one price but when you proceed to book they hike the price because "it was just updated" but when you reload the page the old price is still advertised, so again very dishonest.

Booking with Nustay was fabulous! Our hotel stay was not so fabulous. Not Nustays fault though! I will definitely use Nustay to book my next hotel stay just not with the same hotel. Lol!

Room was clean which made my stay pleasant

Was told to get two double beds but only got one queen bed. Also requested a crib in the booking did not receive that.

Second time that i have used Nustay and i have been happy so far. Easy interface to use and often good discounts in mid- to high-end hotels compared to other booking sites. Not yet matching with the amount of hotels offered e.g in Booking.com, especially lacking in low-end. Knowing this and the possible expired rates problems, this is a site i will be using also in the future.

Unreliable service for the end user. When a problem occurs, do not count on them. Although customer service responds quickly, they are on the sellers’ side, not on the customers’. Beware.
