Been two days of waiting after getting the reply from Nustay and had a smalk hope to at least get an alternative solution but the reply from Nustay was just a standard format in responding about complaint, as there has been no response so far. Just refund my money. Are you being proud of ripping other people money off?

Nustay gave us a reasonable hotel price as well as the welcoming voucher, this includes free breakfast and choices of bed selection. I strongly recommend y’all to consider Nustay for your next stay (:

I got a great deal on a 5-star hotel for 1 night, but what I didn't know u til I arrived was that it costs $20 to park over night in there parking lot.

Went on a trip with my girlfriends. She was able to book the room and received an email confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn't have any of her information or room reserved for us and of course their phone number is busy. We spent forever on the phone, frustrated and tired. She got her refund back eventually but we had to book another room for twice the amount. Absolutely terrible

I had to wait over a hour for them to confirm my payment while I was at the hotel and then I couldn’t get in contact with any representatives from the company. If your looking to get a hotel room cheap isn’t always good

Absolutely appalling, we arrived at hotel and Nutstay didn’t book our accommodation we have email confirmation but the hotel has nothing so we were left with no where to stay, furious is an understatement

The first time I ran into the Nustay travel agency, it was usually a Booking.com or Hotels.com. I have to participate in the 19th European Congress on Analytical Chemistry. What attracted and liked: lower prices are offered in the same hotel; quick room reservation and e-mail in Russian. I felt a sincere desire to help.

I composed the below review a while ago and it was reported - they asked me to contact them regarding the review to resolve the issue and have since ignored all of my emails. This will probably be reported too... Appears to be a scam and I'm intrigued to learn why the majority of the negative reviews on here seem to have been reported by the company. I logged on to make a booking, entered my card details and then received a notification that the price was no longer available. Would be interesting to know what they are doing with my card data if a transaction wasn't processed. Tried calling the helpdesk but got nowhere. Can't help but think that their cheap rates are just a scam to get you on to their site when they know that those rates aren't available to book. As for the reviews on here, at present, they have had 75 negative reviews removed (66 of these because the reviewer didn't respond to TP when they reached out to them). Seems a bit dodgy that a company would be so keen to remove reviews. It doesn't seem as though their score actually resembles the truth. In future, I won't be mislead by their lead-in rates and will book direct with the hotels (incidentally, it doesn't seem fair that a company can take commission on a booking and undercut a hotel on their own prices?!).

Nustay is quick, seamless, and consistently affords me with the best price for value. I’ve never had an issue and they’re always my first choice.

Extremely disappointed with Nustay.com Booked a room with breakfast included in a hotel in Portugal, but only the room information was passed to the hotel. I emailed the nustay costumer services as soon as I received the voucher pointing out the mistake and they said they would investigate the situation and get back to me. I kept emailing them and tried to call them without success. Late in the day before the check in, they emailed me saying that it was my mistake during the booking process. I complaint and sent proofs of the booking details and didn't get any further reply. Won't recommend booking through Nustay.com as this is not reliable.
