We were kept informed throughout. The roofing team were courteous and communicated well. The work was done efficiently and we were pleased with the result.

The installation process was very good. Our installers were very polite, professional and efficient with no complaints and a nice finish. Only complaint is after installation was done the clean up job could have been better. I found pieces of broken glass, some small some larger within the house and scattered around the driveway. I have young children and luckily no-one stepped on a piece before I managed to clean it all up.

The salesperson and the fitters were great - everything was explained thoroughly (including the finance options), the price was very competitive and the fitters were terrific. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the company used by Britelite to supply the parts didn't deliver all the parts ordered, causing an unnecessary delay, and the scaffolding company still haven't removed the scaffolding more than two weeks after the job was finished.

Very speedy and professional experience, every step of the way was explained / communicated. The scaffolding company explained and showed me what they had done. The roofers were excellent, worked hard and I saw results from the first day. They gave me an overview of the weeks plan. They explained and communicated the things that had been done and what they would be doing the next day. I felt involved in the progress and that was reassuring. Great finished work!

Very happy with the fitting of my front door and rear French doors. Work completed to a high standard but forgot to fit new tie back books as was suggested. Also forgot about looking at a previous window which does not close smoothly

Following the installation of my roof, overnight rain left a puddle above my door/hallway.I notified Britelite and received a speedy reply “regarding the small area of pooling on your roof whilst we can not guarantee 100% no water will pool on your roof, I have asked the installer to pop back out to place a level on there to check the fall to see if there is a low spot as your roof has been pitched as much as it can be. The start of the reply with regard to not guaranteeing no pooling on the roof is disconcerting! my old felt roof that was nearing the end of its life had no puddles, I am currently awaiting the installer.

A rather belated review for Britelite windows, because we had our windows fitted in February 2022. I wanted to add the feedback nevertheless because I thought they were very professional throughout the fitting of a new front door and windows to our townhouse in SE London. The fitters were very tidy and always cleaned up meticulously after their visits. The windows and door looked great once fitted. There were a few snags after the work as there always are after these types of things, but Kevin Lewis, one of their Installations Managers, came back and fixed them all very promptly. Overall having our windows and doors fitted was a positive experience. I would use them again.

All of my allegations made against Britelite on Trust Pilot are true, we are looking forward to our day in court, photographs of their, fraud, negligence and ineptness to perform are available; no excuses for telling as it is. Britelite has never attempted to put things right; they wanted full final payment first; we refused and offered to settle on completion (about 50%). The conservatory funding is and always has been available via Solicitors Taylor-Rose as proof; and that Britelite allegation; “There has been no fraud and it is simply a case of Mr Ryton trying to avoid paying the balance of his contract!!” is absolutely false.
