The process of replacing 10 windows took over a year due to sheer incompetence all around. Wrong spec windows were delivered multiple times and clueless installers made matters worse. Slow to manufacture and slow to install. Incompetence at every step.

We had a brilliant salesman called Steve come along to our property after a leak that left us with problems for a year. All the other companies were charging around £25,000 but Steve gave us a competitive price under that value with a 30 year guarantee which is brilliant. They even offered financing so we didn't need to pay the full amount in one go, interest free. In terms of why this is 4/5 is because when the team comes for scaffolding placement, we really wanted to make sure the property was secure and the scaffolding had an alarm. This didn't seem like a priority for the people working on-site after they left. Thankfully this was sorted with one phone call.

I went to Britelite windows following the collapse of safestyles and susequent dissolved contract. Britelite were very understanding and accomodating. They sent a representitive to my home next day and a survayor followed shortly after. My windows were designed, manufactured and fitted within 2 months which was amazing. Everyone i was in contact with was polite, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering new windows.

Fabulous Conservatory The actual install was late in 2022. And I am still loving my conservatory. The quality of the materials and the project management was awesome. My conservatory was delivered in a timely manner. There were a few minor delays with the delivery of some of the materials but I felt they were transparent with the reasons why and when they can expect it and the impact to the project timelines.

I had all my windows installed by Britelite. A job well done! I am happy with the installation. They are a good company, if there are problems they are quick to come and rectify the issue. I recommend them to anyone wishing to instal new windows.

My conservatory roof has now been in place for nearly six months and what a difference. The unbearable heat in the summer with the old roof rendered the room almost unusable. In the colder months it has been easy to retain the heat so conservatory now in use all year. I had been apprehensive about using a company I knew nothing about. A replacement roof on an older conservatory is a specialist project and I could not afford to make a wrong choice. Both the company representative Steve and the surveyor Simon patiently spent much time explaining what was possible before I agreed to proceed with a Livin roof. Every aspect of the job was first class from roof removal to final electrics. Each team at every stage were prompt, hard working, professional and all work completed exactly on schedule. They totally cleaned the whole site after completion. I cannot give anything other than a five star review as nothing negative to report. Thank you Britelite.

We had all of our windows were placed a few months ago. We Chose Britelite Windows After talking to one of their representatives at the idle home show. Who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.. Steve, come to visit us a couple of days after. Who is extremely knowledgeable and talk test through the process. And help us decide what product to select. The survivor who come out was very accommodating as we changed our minds on design. The engineer who fit it all windows. What's the highlight of the whole experience. He was so knowledgeable and made you feel at ease. You could see he took true pride in his work. Every day explained exactly what he was going to do and was always on time. And left our house spotless. My overall impression, it's a company that delivers good customer service. All staff, we intererected with work extremely knowledgeable.. With had our windows fitted for about 4 months now, with no complaints.

I found this company easy to deal with and the windows and doors were of a high standard'. Their initial advice was very helpful, the fitters arrived on time, and the quality of their work couldn't be faulted. They always left their work area clean at the end of the day, I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.

The service is not the best. I called on a Saturday to get a quote for a new front door with a side window and a front sliding porch doors, the lady on the phone happily took the details to pass to another colleague who called me back 15 minutes later to make an appointment for the following Thursday at 10am. The next day (Sunday), I received 2 phone calls from them, 1st call was to confirm the appointment, 2nd call was to change the time from 10am to 1pm, which I was happy to change. On the next day (Monday) they called me again to confirm the appointment was 1pm on Thursday. On the Wednesday I received 2 more calls from them, 1st call was in the morning again confirm the appointment for tomorrow (Thursday), the 2nd call was at 6pm to tell me I do not qualify for there £3000.00 minimum spend and cancelled the appointment. For them to say I do not qualify without even seeing photos or even attending is very upsetting. The level of service is not best. I mean, it took 7 phone calls to then tell me I do not qualify for there minimum spend, when they could of told me on the 2nd phone call and not waste 5 days and 5 non needed phone calls.
