Beautiful windows installed by a cheerful team. We were impressed by the fitters attention to detail and clear communication of what they were doing.

Installation was cancelled twice. The scaffolding is still up after 9 days. We can't appreciate our windows yet! Have asked twice to see when it will come down. Otherwise we are happy with the windows.

The pair of gentlemen that came and fitted our 2 doors, complete credit to your Company, polite, tidy and super efficient. Very surprised about how quickly the job was completed. Highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling - stay away at all costs! We had bifold doors fitted as well as two large windows upstairs. Two of the windows still don’t close and the doors are still coming out of the runner and the frame is not even attached to our steel so you can actually kick it away. Despite several escalations we are now having to go to the small claims court as the doors are not fit for purpose. Shocking customer service and shocking craftsmanship - avoid avoid avoid

Would have been five stars but there were several minor points that needed sorting out after installation. Britelite fixed theses points very quickly once they had the relevant parts.

Product quality good but the fitting and manufacture leaves a lot to be desired. Windows/doors are made unnecessarily smaller than openings so installation is easy. However, having purchased higher spec thermal products, the frames were installed using very long screws and the gaps hidden behind UPVC strip and no foam or insulating infill was used resulting in road noise and cold air. One window is smaller than the frame and does not seal. The glass conservatory roof panels were also small and wedges were used to centre the sealed units. Some of these had to be refitted as rain started to penetrate. One internal glass sheet shattered (leaving external sheet intact) resulting in wooden floor being replaced - insurance assessor deemed pressure the cause of the exploding sheet due to stress from expansion/contraction. Glass fragments were embedded in furniture and floor. Luckily the conservatory was unoccupied at the time.

Over all very good from salesman right through to installation. Installation team worked hard clean and tidy and any bits we did not like they fixed with no problem

Site visit by the representative for Britelite WIndows and the subsequent ordering process went smoothly. The door and adjacent window were installed as promised, neatly, and the old door and window removed and the site cleared up. Great. Another happpy customer.

I had Britelite Windows replace all the windows in my house, the Sale man came to the house, what I liked most, was no pressure to buy windows. The work was carried out soon after, no mess, no fuss, very pleased. Many Thanks

Windows are fine but am totally dissatisfied with the standard of finish.

Very pleased, timely fitters cleaning after themselves slightl problem with an opening lever a few weeks after fitting but a new one sent out with no fuss after ringing customer service, will use again

Our experience covers replacement of 2 conservatory roofs, one polycarbonate and one tinted double glazed glass. Also 2 large double glazed patio doors. This required very meticulous precision fitting and surveying on existing frame footprints. All this work was completed by teams of thoughtful and conscientious operatives including follow up adjustments when these were required. I would be keen to recommend Britelite to anyone considering engaging this company.
