We had difficulty finding a reliable roofer in whom we had confidence. We spotted Britelight van saying they now did flat roofs. We had used them successfully for windows. They were efficient and did a good job. I had total confidence in their work.

It was a large order for a townhouse in London. There were several issues throughout - delays in supply, delays in fitting and snags etc but with hindsight these were unavoidable really as there are external factors. Britelite handled the situation well and the end result are fantastic windows, fitted well.

All went smoothly from quoting to survey and installation. Very pleased with the service in general.

Brilliant virtual sales experience which takes away all preconceptions one might have regarding double glazing sales! Great product, just a couple of hiccups on installation but nothing major or that wasn't sorted in good time, otherwise it would of been a 5 star rating. Highly recommended these guys.

We have been very impressed with our experience using Britelite windows, very good quality windows and doors. They have been very efficient throughout from the beginning measuring up stage through to the installation.

Needed to ask questions about alternative options at design stage. “You can get x that will fit here” Need to double check everything.No skirting boards included. Installers and electricians cannot fault- arrived early/ on time to start work. Good workmanship.

Great company and good quality. Amazing communication during the full process, they are explaining everything during the process with video call to go into details. They fitted the windows in 1 daay to perfections. Good quality, great communication, competitive prices and attention to details. Highly recommended for a job well done.

A poor experience from start to finish

Flat roof - with a lantern install. We had some issues around lantern ordered being the "wrong" one installed. Not in line with our requests. However, I can't say more about the great way in which the Company managed and resolved the problems. Awesome customer service from a company that without fuss fixed the issues. I would recommend as workmanship was to a high standard, and all our concerns were removed through service delivery.

Great experience, from the sales, survey and fitting, the fitters were friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Had a slight delay on fitting date but all was sorted

I am not happy with this company’s after sales service. My porch door that was custom made had faults as the colour in some places did not match and door handle was also damaged. This they tried to touch up the paint on 2 August 22. I have been chasing them and every time I was told that they are waiting for the door slab to be delivered from the suppliers. They have not given me any indication by when they will get the door repaired. I am still waiting. I have escalated the matter with their manager Kevin who has promised to update me by Friday 2 September 22. I hope they will get this issue resolved soon.

Very chaotic installation with 3 different people coming for installation. They kept making mistakes and we had ask them to fix it. Inspite of it being a large order they handled it very shabbily. Very unhappy with over all work and windows looks very unprofessionally done. Will never use them again. We received your response on Trust pilot but no one from your organisation has yet responded to my email which I wrote to your team on 26th Aug .

Extremely poor service

Everything about the process and the job was excellent. My only quibble is a quote for providing scaffolding which was over ten times more expensive than I obtained it independently.

Please ensure the price you are quoted is what you ultimately pay, no "unfortunate" add on's when it's too late to say no! Eventually fitter came to adjust patio doors so we can actually open them would have been nice to have that option during extreme heat but it seems you just have to be relentless in your attempt to achieve any after sales service. All the fitters/groundworkers were excellent unfortunately let down by poor administration, bifold doors hung the wrong way, panels either missing or damaged no window keys so insecure, left with huge gaps around door frame ill fitting old bits of plywood for missing panels all through those horrendous storms earlier in the year. Needless to say not overly impressed they talk the talk but sadly that's where it stops. Wish we had gone for the cheaper company it honestly could not have been any worse.

Really good service

I purchased a new back door from Britelite. It was a very simple process from start to finish. All the people I dealt with throughout the process were polite, professional and informative. We are loving our new back door. I highly recommend Britelite. Will use again.
