The back door we had fitted was done excellently and the site was cleared quickly. The two fitters were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

Phil installed 7 double glaze windows he is very professional in his work friendly and informative also great time keeping arrived early left the areas of work tidy took away all rubbish had no issues or probs. I am really happy with Phil’s excellent work my new windows looks fantastic the house look more modern and bright. I will definitely use Britelite again also recommend to friends and family. Hoping scaffolding will be gone soon so my lovely windows can be seen.

The products are great - the fitting left a little to be desired. All fine in the end but multiple visits were required.

Great windows, really solid we love the design. installed to deadline and fitted well. Only issue the finish on the surrounding plaster work wasn’t finished well but they did come back to rectify. Needs painting afterwards of course. Would use again.

Although the windows are satisfactory - it took three return visits to finish them.

Do not use! Terrible experience the fitting was awful had to have 5 further visits to fix and not once did we get an apology, and quality of the product fairly rubbish front door has been in 9 months and part of pealing away

Very professional work ..just forgot knocker and spywhole but when phoned to tell them at customer services they where very nice and helpful and apologies and book for the fitter to come an other day . .so very happy

Overall, my experience wasn't perfect. I chose Britelite based on positive reviews on Which. I ordered and paid for my windows on 18th Feb and they were delivered and fitted on 20th April, which is great given the current climate (with order delays etc). I had quite a few issues in between and I can think of a few key ways that this company can improve their overall service (surveyor was not good enough and, in my opinion, caused a lot of unnecessary delays). However, some individuals, particularly on the customer service side (e.g. Ashley Tong), are worth commending because they were helpful and understanding and seemed to do the best that they could to resolve any problems I had. I am also not a qualified window fitter, but there were some large gaps in my walls - that my builder had to sort out - after the fitting was completed. I did ask about this at the time and the fitter told me that was normal - so anyone reading this can take that point with a pinch of salt. Overall, I got a relatively quick service, customer service reps were very nice and helpful and I am hoping that the company is true to their Which? reviews and provide a great ongoing after-sales service.

From start to finish the product and customer service was excellent. Have had other windows etc replaced by them and had no problems at all.
