Service was good. My only problem was there was a date for installation but as fitter was sick I was to receive a call next day for reschedule. I didn't receive a call. Therefore I called & to my surprise person to rescheduled didn't seem to know me as I wasn't on his list. I therfore had to email them on what's going on. Received email of rescheduled date. Fitter came on date of rescheduled & did an excellent job. He was very polite & helpful.

Very happy with our window installation from Britelite. The job was completed to a very high standard, no mess or damage. I will happily use them again in the future.

From start to finish everyone was friendly but professional. We had a slight problem with one pane which was damaged en route but this was replaced without hassle. Good price too. Would recommend.

Reasonable product with a reasonable quality of installation. Unfortunately, the fitters arrived with no access equipment to reach the window and no insulation to seal around it. I had to provide both which, for a domestic house window, was surprising.

I'm generally pleased with the service received from Britelite, had a bit of difficulty getting an answer to a query about what was included in the price but when I spoke to the right lady everything was resolved quickly. Ian the fitter was great, he worked hard all day and was able to show a high level of competence and expertise installing the window and doors. It was obvious he knew the job inside out and handled himself with considerable confidence. Overall a very positive experience, I would happily recommend them and would use them again.

Very bad experience. The roof is leaking after the installing. This company put a skip in my driveway about three weeks. I asked them to remove this many times. But no one follow up.

The work was very delayed tool me 4 months to get ut dine on and git wrong size of skyline make sure you agree everything before you get work done or record it as it was not I was looking for as service was very carp

We had a Britelite roof fitted to replace our old conservatory roof and immediately noticed the great improvement in many aspects: we can see the sky so it is more like sitting outside. When it rains one can hardly hear the rain dropping on the roof, unless there is an absolute downpour. In particular, in summer it is not baking hot and in winter the room is a similar temperature to the rest of the house, whereas it had previously been almost too cold to sit there during cold weather. The fitting was done in one day (2 days had been estimated, but the two men stayed late to finish within one day. A minor after fitting visit was prompt, efficient and friendly. It is also easy to clean the supports and tinted glass (which prevents glare). I can highly recommend Britelite.
