I was kept up to date at all stages of my order via email which was my preference rather than taking calls. The end result is a very happy customer, both in terms of the service received and the quality of our new door. 10/10 to Britelite Windows! Keep up the excellent work!!

United Kingdom | 08 November 2022Fitters took to long 7 window was booked for a two day job when they arrived I was told they were going to fit all 7 in one day they took out 4 windows then started to fit the new ones I had to tell them to stop so after there manager told them not to take any notes of me I had a conversation with him and they fitted the 4 in temperlery, three weeks later they returned and then it took 5 days but they didn't have a clue on how to adjust the openers so he shut one and locked it and told us not to open it we had to have a service call to put them right not good

United Kingdom | 08 November 2022Product satisfactory, installation, not so good. Negative stuff. I had to adjust door lock myself as it seem to be out of alignment. It would not lock without brute force. Also left a gap at the bottom of the door. Positive stuff. After sales service was excellent. I told them about the gap under the door and within a week or two they sent someone around to fix problem. No more problems found, windows and doors look great.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2022I had asked for a thumb nail lock to fitted and your surveyor said he would refer it back your estimator this obviously never happened as I discovered when your fitters arrived the in the main was carried out very well with exception of the above your fitters noted that I wasn't happy with the lock and noted on the final paperwork and told me the office would sort it. With that in mind I paid the balance in full when what I should have done is deducted something. It is a shame because I can replace the lock myself £35. Which is what I will do.

I had the top floor of my property done in 2021 and the installation that was to be done before Christmas 2021 was only carried out a month later. The debris from the installation was not removed. I put the delay down to the pandemic. In July this year I placed an order for windows on the ground floor. These were to be installed on 4.10.2022. I heard nothing further from the company till 3.10.2022 when I phoned them. It was only in response to my phone call that I was told that the installation would have to be postponed to 17.10.2022. Finally their installers did come on 17.10.2022 but did not have the materials to carry out the works and consequently had to go back. My nightmare continued until 26.10.2022 when the fitting was completed, however the debris including shattered glas was left lying around and posed a serious danger. It was only after I refused to pay that they sent workmen to clear up the broken glass and other debris and finish fitting the trim/beading. Dont deal with them if you value your sanity

United Kingdom | 16 October 2022Was not kept up to date with where the windows were in the process. All of the emails came through after they were installed. Installers were nice but shattered one of the bathroom windows, didn't tell me and I found all of the shards a few days later (it was down an alley that I do not use regularly). They sent someone to tidy up (who was great) but could have been very dangerous. Also noticed a few weeks later that it looks like they may have chipped one of the tiles next to the window in my kitchen when installing and "filled" it with sealant, which looks awful. I found the tile chip that came off. Windows look fine but all in all, not impressed.

United Kingdom | 06 October 2022I am not happy with this company’s after sales service. My porch door that was custom made had faults as the colour in some places did not match and door handle was also damaged. This they tried to touch up the paint on 2 August 22. Unfortunately the colour did not match. The technician made a fault report on the 2 August 22. and he advised that installation team will arrange to fix the door. I have been chasing them and every time I was told that they are waiting for the door slab to be delivered from the suppliers. They have not given me any indication by when they will get the door repaired. I am still waiting. I escalated the matter with their manager who promised to update me on Friday 2 September 22. The only update given on 2 September was that it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to get the replacement slab. Since than 4 weeks have passed and yet I have no joy about when they will come and fix the door. Every week I have had phone conversation with manager every time he makes excuses, one being that due to computer problem they missed the manufacturers email. Manager has promised to call me back on 6 Oct 22. Hope that he can give me some good news about the replacement door. My update as of 11 October 22. Thankfully after my recommendation that it is possible to respray the door with a qualified professional sprayer, instead of replacing slabs, the manger arranged for the whole door to be resprayed.
