I ordered on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery as it was my grandson's first birthday. An important event to me. No sign of the delivery next day. Contacted customer service and assured it was on its way. It's now Monday and when contacted they just refunded the order and said it couldn't be delivered! It's a large town so not hard to find. Really disappointing and won't be using them again. Not helpful.

Behaviour of the sales person at dubai mall branch was not acceptable. They refused to exchange the toy when it was bought the very next day of purchase. And the quality of products on offer is not upto the mark.

Their comms are awful. As a disabled person, when I order an item I need to know where it is,(tracking), and who's delivering it. A simple, " We have dispatched your item", email, is not enough in this day and age.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a number of items last Monday and made an error with the email so didn’t receive order confirmation or updates. Realised the next day and have been contacting ELC daily via email, contact form and messenger chat for help. Have received one reply which completely misunderstood what I was asking, and then no response. I have none of the presents ordered, no confirmation of posting and no one is getting back to me. Will never use again!

Poor communication that they are now called the Entertainer and not ELC at some sites despite the confirmation email displaying ELC branding. When Googling the store it was not found therefore had to go with the shopping centre opening times, 60 minute round trip to find the Entertainer doesn’t open on Sundays, furthermore - it’s odd that they don’t offer delivery on the item purchased. I’m a new parent and won’t be using them again.

The Early Learning Centre is a great place to work for children and babies. I think that the company of ELC is a better work environment in Kingston.

Had an issue with Evri courier, contacted the Entertainer company via WhatsApp, they issued a replacement immediately. Brilliant customer services, thanks again!

Had an issue with a missing item from an online order. Contacted ELC on Tuesday afternoon via their online 'Contact Us Form'. Got a response in under 10 mins. After submitting the requested photos they issued a replacement, which I received the following afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the response and resolution. Special mention to Eleanor and Vince, the customer service advisors who dealt with my issue promptly and professionally. Excellent customer service!

I contacted customer services via WhatsApp and I must say the service, I have just received was 1st class. I had a issue with the courier company and the customers services were brilliant. They put a stop on the original items and re ordered on a next day delivery. Thank-you guys

Great customer service, which in my opinion is lacking from so many online companies of late. I would highly recommend them. In addition, the item I purchased is great quality and will give my toddler hours of imaginative play.

Recieved a faulty item which happens sometimes and messaged using the chat on the website which usually takes ages to get through to someone but got through straight away and spoke with a Leuan who resolved this for me in a matter of seconds also extremely polite and professional. Amazing customer service and really impressed with their customer service chat option.

I have given the company 5 stars because they have great products, keep their customers informed, deliver very quickly and provide excellent customer service. However, I buy toys on behalf of my playgroup and need an invoice. There is no quick way to do this at the moment as the link does not work,

My delivery had been damaged beyond repair by the courier and ELC arranged an immediate replacement delivery which was much appreciated.

Bought a broken toy for my daughter, not their fault of course as they don’t make the toys. Issued a refund very quickly, customer service were very helpful.

22 months year old grandson lost the blue pilot from his ELC aircraft toy - this company replaced it free of charge making my grandson very happy. He says though he still misses the old pilot 😂
