First time purchase the JC Wings SAS Scandinavian Airlines Airbus A321 diecast 1/200 model. After the 1 play the front wheel just broke off, faulty model, quality is absolutely shocking, not recommended.

Excellent service. My first time purchasing off you guys and am impressed. Received my models in very good condition and quite quickly as well. Good packaging considering the distance of shipment (India), but could be improved a tad more to prevent damages. The packaging seemed a bit crushed. Again, not your fault as I understand. It could be the reckless handling over here. But apart from that, no problems. The original box kept the models intact. Hope you inspect the models for broken bits and inform the buyers if any, before shipping them out to international customers? No problem this time but have had them in the past from other retailers and is quite common and a headache for both of us. A 5 star rating nonetheless this time. Will definitely recommend and order from y'all again. Thanks and cheers :)
