Excellent Service and Prompt Delivery as always

The package was delivered by DPD ,I was texted to say it was being delivered in the afternoon when somebody was in but it was delivered in the morning. Obviously not AMS's fault. I immediately opened the box which had a small hole punched in the side and proceeded to check each model for damage or faults as I have received faulty models in the past. Unfortunately one model was faulty with an engine being detached from the wing. I tried emailing the email address that was printed on the bottom of the delivery slip but it bounced back (AMS is this a problem your end ? ) I had to phone AMS to get them to send the necessary details to return the model. I think AMS need to put FRAGILE tape on the packages as I saw the way the post office handled my package and I am not surprised that models are breaking during transportation. I hope that this helps

I've been a loyal customer of Aircraft Model Store for years, and they never disappoint! Their prices are consistently competitive, and the customer service is always top-notch. Every order has been smooth and handled with care – highly recommend them for model collectors! This also the case where there's an issue with returns/ refunds on damaged items - it might be a lil slow but its hassle free. Would request AMS to consider also including AV400 models for sale too

I made quite a big order. One of the big planes arrived broken I accepted points although I’ll never use them now. I returned two items, it’s been two weeks since they’ve received them and although emails have gone back and forth I have still not received the refund! Looking at other reviews it appears getting return items refunded is a common problem.

I've always seeked out models in pre-order or that take longer to get hold of. When required the store responds promptly and kindly. I could not ask for more. Whenever a model I ordered is out of stock they've offered me deals in kind. Great experience, ordered maybe just over 6 planes and every one has been in perfect condition.
