The last three purchases I’ve had to change my original order due to the lack of models even when the page doesn’t alert you or just appears as it is available. I get the information cause I ask why my order weren’t shipped but you don’t contact me to tell that there are models out of stock.

This was my first purchase experience on AMS. I really got satisfied. I liked the price and shipment costs. Even with the big Great British Pound exchange rate, it was cheaper than purchasing in other countries I intend to purchase again.

Fair prices, good communication, wide range of specialised products, free delivery which is always a bonus, and an easy well laid out website to navigate around!

So far so good.I ve ordered 4 times and time received was max 7 days.2 models had minor defects (discoloration etc) but probably due to manufacturer.Maybe it would be a good idea,although time consumptive, to check by your own the models before shipping.Generally very professional work!!!I m very satisfied!!!

The Team at Aircraft Model Store have been extremely helpful at my request for a particular airliner which had sold out , and which i had already paid for. Igor suggested that i pick another model at the same price which would be no problem so I decided to go for the Gemini jets 1/200 UNITED AIR LINES Boeing 737 MAX 9.Needless to say I was pleased at the outcome.I would have no problem referring Aircraft Model store to anyone else, plus they do a fantastic range of Phoenix/ Eagle models in the 1/200 scale which can be difficult to find on other Model retail companies.! Kudos from Mr Nigel Meighan.

So far I have purchased 3 models with a 4th on order. They have willingly agreed and fulfilled my special requests to make delivery into a far away country like India easier and more practical. The goods have always arrived safely. They respond to emails in a cogent way. So far so good.

Good, prompt service but website is not always up to date so if you require an item fairly quick then always phone them to double check they actually have it in stock, if not you’ll have to wait for them to order it in from their supplier. Staff are always very polite and helpful to speak to, and will do their very best to deal with any queries.

Very helpful when placed order contacted me as was just out of stock during xmas period. Let me pick different order which cost more than initial order at no extra cost and received in time before xmas for my 7 year old. Would highly recommend John
