Used Aircraft Model store before and would recommend to anyone interested in quality model aircraft.

Prices are a bit expensive compared to other sellers and shipping is very slow (around 15 days for France) but everything else is perfect

Used to be my go to online store for scale models but it seems even with their membership I can save money by shopping elsewhere. Pros: Payment for pre-orders are taken straight away, unlike some other stores that charge when the models are released. Quick delivery, updated shipping system and reasonable cost with free shipping over £XX amount --------------------------------------------- Cons: Prices too high on majority if not all models where I can save elsewhere.

Never had a problem with these guys.If a model is out of stock,they inform you straight away,then you can decide what you want to do. Prices are fair,especially compared to high street prices. Parcels are always packaged well,which is good as not all couriers handle parcels carefully. Will continue to use AMS as long as models are released that I have an interest in.

I will only give You 4 stars, because your shippingcost to Denmark is to high. Perhaps you are right, but some others shops in UK take less more for shipping.

Never has correct stock levels on website. You also always have to chase up for information, otherwise you are left in the dark. Given these guys benefit of the doubt and ordered a second time, order took over two weeks despite changing my order to have it arrive quicker !! Was also promised as there was a difference in price that they would refund the difference, still yet to receive the refund !!. On a final note when I asked if there was a different postage option other than royal mail for quicker postage I was told no due to me being in the Channel Islands, yet the order eventually arrived with Hermes ?!?! Please sort out your customer service guys !!!

I have been buying models off aircraft model store now for over 3 years and I have never had any problems what so ever. I find there service absolutely fantastic and my models always arrived the next working day as I requested. I really can’t find fault with the team at aircraft model store. Five star in all areas.
