I order my parts “ Stoptech 937.47005 Street Brake Rotor And Pad Kit, Slotted Vehicle” on September 25th. And they shipped it out on October 2. So, I am expecting another week for it to get here. I was supposed to get my tracking number within 24 hours but it took about a week.

I literally called to verify a brake kit to fit my vehicle before I ordered. A week and a half later, i had to call them again because they needed to verify my vehicle again to send it out-just have to wait another 5 days.

I ordered rotors for my rig. I received a text confirmation for my purchase but not a receipt in my email. I waited a few days and checked my Spam folder, no receipt. So I returned to a Welcome email from BuyBrakes and found a text customer service number. The rep on the other end responded quickly, emailed me my receipt, and expedited shipping. Now that's good customer service.

I ordered some brake sets Unfortunately one of the sets wasnt in stock but laurie from customer service helped me fix the problem in one call and my brakes are getting shipped out tonight these people are the best so Professional and deal with issues quick i will buy from you guys again and im telling all my friends

Prices were good so I decided to give them a try vs my usual supplier. My order was 15 days ago on 9/15 and I still have heard nothing. No response to email inquiries and my call to them resulted in them saying my order was processing without being able to tell me when it might ship. I get it if COVID is causing delays but the site said they would arrive by the 25th when I placed the order. Order #943948 Moving this to 4 stars because BuyBrakes got back to me on here very quickly.

I placed a order on sunday and on Thursday I had not recieved and shipping or tracking update. I called customer service and 1:11pm and was told my order had shipped that morning from a Pennsylvania wearhouse and I would receive tracking info in a couple hours. Friday morning I received tracking info and it shower that the shipping label was created at 1:40pm on thursday after I called. Im glad my order is on the way but I would have liked to hear the truth and just say we will get it out shortly.

While I understand the extent of the wildfires in California, I do not find it reasonable to have paid $31.99 for ground shipping for an order that was placed on 08/31/2020 and was just shipped on 09/21/2020. I was not even offered a refund on shipping for the existing circumstances.

This store came up in a Google search result, rear brakes and rotors for $42. Sounded promising, visited store and entered email for additional 10% off. Then I entered my information for the vehicle and did a search on the site. Results came up one for $42 and one for $79. Checked the one for $42 and was prompted that the brakes don't fit a 2006 Sedona EX even though it shows that it does, and that's the only search even made. Clicked okay, now my prices have over doubled! Same thing happened when I pressed back in the browser and looked at the one for $79. Thought I would go ahead anyway since I entered their mailing list for 10% off. When I entered the email for the code I was then prompted it was no good unless I spend over $99. This wasn't clearly stated when asking for my email in the pop-up window. These are clearly very shady sales tactics. BuyBrakes.com lost my trust before they even had a sale.

It has been 6 days since I placed my order and I still have not received a tracking number. I've since placed orders via ebay and received the product. But for whatever reason BuyBrakes.com cant manage to get my order shipped after an entire business week. I am not impressed. I hope the brakes fit my car. I'll come back an write another review for when/if I finally receive my order.

I regret I can't give them negative rates. My experience with purchasing brakes in Buybrakes was horrible. I placed an order on August 6th after a couple of weeks my order was still being processed. I have not received any information from the seller about a delay in delivery or a proposal to change the order. An attempt to contact them through their website has also failed. Their ignorance of the client is shocking. Only the intervention at the credit card issuer and paypal resulted in the refund. I have no idea how they operate on the market. Don't waste your time and money doing business with them.

I ordered brakes from this website a week ago, I have heard nothing from the company except for an email confirmation when the order was placed. There is no online tracking information. There has been no notice of shipment. The company needs to have faster service, with a more convenient order status system. After reading other reviews, it seems that this is a common problem with the business.

I called BuyBrakes about an incomplete order I had received. They had an answer about my back order (with tracking number) in 5 MINUTES!!!! Very impressed. Thanks

I’m very pleased how the website is very easy to operate, had a easy time finding the proper brakes I wanted for my vehicle. Although I am disappointed my brake kit hasn’t been shipped out a week from my purchased date even thought I paid close to $200 for shipping out to hawaii.

Ordered on 9/7. It is now 9/18 and no response regarding any delays, shipping eta, etc. If the item was not in stock or if any delays developed, this needs explained to the customer. Cancelled my order on 9/18. I ordered from RockAuto, and they shipped my pads out the next day.

Placed order on the 9th, order shipped on the 16th and will not arrive until the 21st. Not likely to order from them again as I needed these for this weekend and they won't make it in time.

Canceled my order elsewhere and went with these guys not only because of better pricing but because they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is amazing. Thank you

Excellent experience with my first time purchase from Buybrakes.com. Shipment was super fast, received within 3 days. Though there was a little glitch in their website while placing the order but they fixed the order as soon as I informed them. Definitely will recommend to others and will purchase again from them in future.

Great customer service. If you have any doubts, just call them. It's clear they know what they're talking about and they take pride in their work. Any system issues are because of outside issues in order to try and make sure you get the right product. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase brakes here again.
