I ordered a brake kit on July 10th. I still didn’t receive a tracking number by July 24th. I did receive solicitations in my email to buy more brake kits. I responded to the emails saying just send what I ordered weeks ago. The vehicles owner who was waiting for the brakes was a nurse currently working 12 hour shifts trying to help the children of this country. When a company doesn’t deliver or even call or email with and update on delivery after 2 weeks it is a failure of said company. Buy brakes .com failed us. Yet sent many emails trying to sell us more product for other cars. What good is month old fruit? Same as month old parts when you need them timely. Lesson here today......call or email your customer when you fumble on delivery. Don’t send them junk emails trying to sell them more. I was Failed Completely by buybrakes.com Get delivery times before handing over your hard earned money or get refunded when there no tracking number after 2 weeks. Buybrakes.com is a Big Company with big customer service problems. Thanks for reading my review.

I had a doubt about the part number needed for my non-OE brake kit and got all the support needed from the technical gurus at buybrakes.com The next day I wanted to swap one of the pads I had selected and they reacted very quickly to do so. Very happy with this site. They have Hawk pads on inventory for race track use that are hard to find.

Awesome Customer Service. Due to miscommunication, I was missing a part (brake part) in order. Due to covid could not get out overnight to fill. BuyBrakes went out of their way to locate a part near and had it shipped overnight! This happened on a Wednesday and I needed to put car on trailer for Friday. Can't say enough about BuyBrakes.com

Poor communication and updates. Ordered the product based on the website info showing the product was in stock. Never received any shipping updates or tracking details. After 2 calls to their helpdesk. 20 days after ordering they are telling it is being shipped. Will never consider coming back here...

Painless event

I Ordered front and rear pads for my vehicle. Both sets of brake pads were listed as in-stock and was confirmed by their customer service representative. After day five, with no shipping information and an email sent, I received a response. The response assured me my items were in stock, but there was a delay in the warehouse because of social distancing. ”Social distancing” should not prevent an in-stock product from shipping in a timely manner. That is why I give this company a two-star review. If you need to meet a deadline like my self, do not rely on this supplier. —Update— After waiting over ten days for the in-stock items to be shipped or even a label created for shipping, I canceled my order. They get one star instead of zero because they have the refund process under control, but that’s about it.

Ordered stoptech rotors and pads, waited over a month and my order never left the processing stage. Was promised they would ship twice, both dates have come and passed. Only reason they get two stars is because the refund process is simple and the customer service seemed nice enough.

Great, fast service, and AMAZING pricing. Good follow up and communication, and product received as advised.
