I have purchased brakes from here before and was left very satisfied. From the customer-friendly UI to the quick and polite customer service, I received exactly what I needed in a few days. BUT, My most recent purchase was made nearly a month ago, and has YET to ship! I contacted support over the phone who told me "your payment was processed and it is in stock. they should be there soon" now it's over another week later and I STILL haven't received an email confirming shipment. I have texted and received no response. I am starting to feel like they took my money and ran. I would understand if I was given a COVID-altered timeline to know when to expect them. But no. "they are in stock" is all I've heard. It's okay I guess. After all, it's not like being able to stop my vehicle is an important feature or anything...

Had amazing help figuring out what i needed. Spend a food amount of time weighing my options and finding whst best suites my needs. Definitely coming back whenever i need brakes.

Haven’t ordered from Buy Brakes in awhile because they eliminated free shipping. They sent me a “come back to us coupon” so I figured what the heck. Well it’s been 2 weeks and according to customer service, my ordered has still not been processed even though it is in stock and they charged my credit card. This is totally unacceptable. I’ve ordered some other parts from a different company and they arrived 2 days ago on schedule. I’m a small garage that schedules work around promised delivery dates...can’t afford to loose customers on unnecessary delays.

Ordered a Centric Brake rotor/pad kit 1 1/2 months ago, still hasn't shipped and my ticket has gone unnoticed for a month now....

I ordered a Stoptech Big Brake Kit at a sale price. Two weeks go by and they never ship. Then without warning, they cancel my order and refund my money. I tried to contact them via opening a ticket on their Help Desk, as well as emailing direct. No response. Now the same big brake kit is listed at double the sale price. Do not buy from this website. Shady business practice and no customer service.

I placed the order 8 days ago and only today did they reach out to ask if I was sure that the brake rotor dimension was what their web site stated would work. They say if it is wrong size they are not responsible for additional shipping chanrges. I will not see the car for a few days now to confirm the size and I will not see the pads until maybe 14-20 days after the order was placed. Blaming everything on COVID does not work for me as this is just bad service.

Bought brake pads close to 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard any new updates about my order or tracking. First and last time ordering from here, if I was to order from the site that I was originally gonna order from, without a doubt I would have received my package already

It took 2 weeks before they shipped my order. And that is after I emailed them 2x for status.

I took them over a week to ship my parts. Called them twice to see what the hold up was. Got the same excuse each time. It's in shipping. This morning I finally got an email with a tracking number. The number is invalid. This company needs to quit using the covid 19 as an excuse. Hopefully they shipped the right brake pads. I'd be afraid to see how their return process is handled. I ordered brake rotors from another company. Got them 3 days later.

Being a mechanic for profession, I’m always searching for the best parts at the cheapest price. Found a matching set of front brakes for an unbelievable price and ordered..... but didn’t look wether it was in stock. They texted me (which I find very handy vs email) and said the order was processing. I asked an estimated eta for shipment. With covid-19 issues I expected what they said of 5-6 weeks. Here we are less than 10 days later and Kristina has told me that she has gathered all the parts for my kit from different places and is prepping it for shipment. Couldn’t be happier with the price, honesty, resourcefulness, customer attention.... I will happily recommend them to anyone.

I had ordered some brake pads online being a returning customer. they didn’t show up and I kind of forgot about it and then I called and spoke with Tom there was a glitch in the system because I did not put my make & model and it held it up. he was chipper and very helpful and said he would try to get them out the next day and look for them 2-3 days. they showed up the next day at my door so I’m gonna get the race this weekend!! Thanks Tom!

I love BuyBrakes but the time i order and when they have to ship is too long. I ordered Brake Pads on Tuesday Morning Early, and up to now Thursday Mid Day I have not heard anything about them, if they been shipped or what. Make me think it may be better to just go to a parts place and get pads that to order online. I am not happy with the shipping and customer service as in keeping the customer up today with what is happing with the order.

Looked on line but ordered by phone. The young lady that took the order was personable and helpful.
