United States | 01 November 2020Five business days later (ordered on a Monday morning, it's now Saturday) and "in stock" items have not shipped. I'm starting to think they were not really in stock. I'm guessing they drop ship from the manufacturer. If so it would be nice to tell the truth about it like other online retailers do.

United States | 23 October 2020Incorrect advise on fitment of caliper clearance issue. Also crappy paint job on calipers and it’s peeling off. Also took forever for their order. Of course everyone blames things on corona. Full of s***. Just don’t order from these guys. They make a sale and f the rest!

United States | 22 October 2020This was a fairly negative experience. I placed my order on 10/1/20 and received an immediate confirmation of my order which I liked. After 15 days (10 business days) and no furter response I decided to email to check on the status. No response. The next day I called and was put on hold for 13 minutes, then they hung up. I received text from the person I was talking to apologizing for disconnecting, she said I could try back later. Of course I called right back, this time I got someone else on the line. He seemed like I just woke him up, and was hard to understand...he mumbled a lot when I asked questions. He informed me that he didn't know what was going on but would get back to me later that day. After about 4 hours I texted back inquiring about my order. Apparently this company has customer service agenst using cell phones, probably fielding calls from their homes no doubt. Anyway, he promised that I would have a tracking number later that day, or early the next morning. By the next day at noon still no response. So I texted that I need the UPS tracking numbers. She texted back stating that they didn't have them, and I could try back later. I responded that I would like a refund, and the confirmation number of the credit back to my card. She replied "why would you want to do that, it's only been 24 hours since this was expedited, but that she could do the credit" Of course it was now over 2 weeks since I placed the order and since my credit card was charged in full. I responded..."great, be sure to forward that confirmation number for the credit" Then I received another text right away from yet another person...she said that they were shipping today and gave me 2 UPS tracking numbers. My response was "fair enough, I'll see the brakes on Wednesday". They did arrive Wednesday, and all parts were there and they were the proper part numbers. Funny how after all that, my order went out that day. I feel that this is their way of doing business....squeaky wheel gets the grease. Wont' use them again...AVOID!

United States | 14 October 2020I ordered rotors and pads for my van. I mever heard from them and 2 weeks went but. You can't track your order online. I have to call and sit on hold. Then I was told my items would ship tomorrow and I would get and email. They didn't ship and I got only the pads. Then 3 days later I got a shipped email for them. Useless! I am now trying to get my money for the 2 sets of rotors I still don't have! Do not buy anything here!

United States | 13 October 2020I had high hopes for BuyBrakes and gave it a high marks initial ordering online. Ordering process was easy and straight forward but like any other boiler room business, they are all friends when taking your money but treat you like a virus once they receive your money. Everything you read about Buybrakes on their site is bunch of hogwash especially about shipping. They didn't start packing my order until I called after a full week of waiting. If I didn't call who knows how long they would have took or even bothered sending out my order! And when you call their customer service, be ready to be on hold for long time listening to that same guitar music over and over. Their concierge, its just a waste of time. All you hear is how great Buybreaks are and give you bunch of empty call back promises but only vanish and never hear from them. I'm still waiting for a call back or texts. 10/13/20 update. You think after customer feedback, Buybrakes will try to provide bit more customer service but like I stated before, Buybrakes will take your money fast but afterwards, good luck getting your order. Finally got a tracking number today after 8DAYS! not 24 to 48 hrs claimed on their website and, I'm taking this is the work ethnics at Buybrakes, no care for customers but only care about taking customers money. The shipment was only half my order. Once again, I had to call and once again more excuses and need to wait longer for my order. And they had no clue only half my order was shipped out. I doubt anything stated on their BuyBrakes.com is true. Worst customer service in the industry, worst shipping method in the industry, worst stock supplies in the industry but #1 at taking your money and hiding! Avoid Buybrakes unless you have 30 days+ to wait to get your product shipped out wrong. If they even remember to ship it out. Shipment received on Oct 13 was only half the order when customer service said everything was packed and shipped on the 12th. Which was false info from customer service.

United States | 06 October 2020Several months ago I bought front & rear discs, calipers, pads and brake lines for my 2006 F150. This weekend upon starting the install I found that the front rotors I had been sent did not match (floating vs non). I reached out to BuyBrakes.com this morning and spoke with David in customer service. He jumped right in, started working the problem and asked if he could call me back shortly. I agreed, and about an hour later he reached out with a solution. Basically new hubs to accommodate the rotors I had been sent (which is an improved set up over factory and a Ford bulletin update) and I'm good to go! Thank you David and the BuyBrakes team!
