I shopped around until I found community phone and I a very satisfied with the phone service and customer service was very good.

After repeated calls to try to use my own answering machine instead of your automated system, I am switching to another company to be able to use my own answering system which I have to have day to day details for our U-Pick operation.

I believe Community phone is a great service with wonderful and friendly customer service. There were a few hiccups but customer service is there to help

The quality of the calls were crap. I kept it as a punishment phone for my kids.

I received a new phone base in a short period of time. I received adequate assistance with trouble shooting on the 3rd call.

We moved to a semi remote place in Ocoee Tennessee. There are no landline phone providers in this area. My wife and I decided to try Community Phone. We are currently very happy with the phone service. Yes, I would recommend Community Phone.

My experience with Community Phone has been outstanding. The service is everything the representative said it would be. The equipment was easy to install and works perfectly. My dad is now able to stay in contact with his family all over the country.We were even given a number for his new area code location that he will be moving to in three months. No need to change numbers. Take it with you anywhere!

My husband really enjoys the use of a phone this service has been really good for him he calls me since he didn’t know how long and he calls his family and friends as well thanks for the service is really good

The reception is not always adequate. That may not be your fault but I’ve had several people look at it. It seems to have better reception in different places within the apartment.

The phone goes out of service very frequently. Not a great setup for elderly.

Calls are set to be answered at 3 rings in order to go to my answering machine, and not community phones answering setup.I used to be able to join a call by pressing the phone/flash button.When I try to join a call now, I loose the caller, also, the message stops,this stops me from receiving the correct callback number. Not all callers leave the same callback number on a message that is the same as the caller ID coming in. Too much time and frustration are wasted trying to trace an important call.When I answer on the first ring the call is dropped.When I know the caller and number, I then must call them and apologise for the poor phone service!
