United Kingdom | 16 September 2018DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST OR ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Same as many others I booked a flight through Omega Flight Store at a good rate thinking that all will be just fine as usual. Unfortunately this time I had to adjust my flight itinerary due to work last minute work commitments. To resolve the issues I tried to use all regular means to rebook my flight or get somebody to explain my options. Action 1 I called OFS on all provided online phone numbers thinking a company such as OFS would provide their customers the required and deserved customer service. All of the lines were engaged throughout the entire day. At this point, I think the company does this purposefully and not because they are busy. They avoid taking phone calls from customers. There is no option to navigate through an automated customer service. Action 2 Frustrated by not being able to get somebody on a call I emailed the company to express my issue. ID 2167739275. I was surprised to receive an automated message asking for a 48 hours response time. We live in 2018 and customer service is a number one issue with companies. When a flight departs within hours/days how can allow yourself 48 hours? Whats your emergency process? I never received any reply back. Result. I had to forgo my previous flight, lost the entire amount and had to book a new flight. You can be assured that I will make Omega Flight Store will look bad through every possible mean online, my network and friends. You lost another customer and I am hoping any other as well.

United Kingdom | 15 September 2018i had to cancel 4 tickets for wife and kids and was told the refund would take up to 6 weeks, it's over 7 weeks now and no money, no phone answered and no email replied to. avoid this company at all cost. they are simply thieves. I REPORTED THEM TO ABTA AND TRADING STANDARD AGENCY

Flight has been cancelled on my day of travel. they gave only one option which dont make sense, connecting flight is not reshedule and it is a on the day before i reach the desitination. when I tried to contact they are saying, we cant change anything because we dont have licence. when I contact airlines, they are they saying they cant make changes.

On 16 September 2018 I logged a request to defer flying for 1 month: Omega replied: A new OmegaFlightstore.com support request has been created for you with ID 4416256174. They say that they will deal with the enquiry aiming for 48 hours! I chased them again on 12 September and again today on 14th. NOTHING!!! Flight is on the 19th. Tomorrow I complain to my credit card company. What a shambles!!!

United Kingdom | 14 September 2018Disgusting Service - No one responding to the phone call or email provided on their website. I have bought a flight ticket through them. I have been trying to claim my airline taxes for a non-travelled ticket. I have been trying to contact them. Called over ten times, sent emails but no respond!! Do not use their service. All of the activities are very suspicious.

Upon reaching the airport we were not allowed to board the aircraft as we were not advised that you require full birth certificates for children under 18 years old. I would expect Omega Flight Store to have advised us of such a crucial fact. I have put a complaint into Omega Flight Store on the 3rd September 2018. It is now the 12th September and I still have not had a reply. Omega Flight store are not ATOL registered. Do not take the risk just to save a few pounds, it is really not worth it. We had to spend an additional £2200 to rebook our flights with absolutely no assistance from Omega Flight Store.

When I check with airline directly the refund amount already credited to omega. can someone suggest me how get the refund amount.

United Kingdom | 12 September 2018Buying the original tickets was painless. And we eventually got the itinerary from the airline so we were happy with the service. Unfortunately for personal reasons we had to change our flight dates. Getting in touch with Omega was sort of difficult (they had a large number of issues to deal with that day in particular because of an airline that had canceled a bunch of flights). I stayed on the line for 40 minutes without any response. But I went to their offices in London and there, they were very helpful. After a little of back and forth, there was an agreement between the travel agency (Omega), the airline, and us. With a fee, we got new tickets.

United Kingdom | 12 September 2018Absolutely dreadful service - meaning completely non existent. I would give this zero stars if I could. The company should be looked into in terms of legality. There are four or five phone numbers to call, impossible to reach anyone through any number. I do not believe they are actually staffed. Naturally no one responds to the emails either.

Booked a flight and paid in full to then be sent a text message saying there has been a schedule change to my flight however their phones are either constantly engaged or the automated messaged is on a constant loop and does not allow you to pick an option. I emailed two different email addresses, numerous times with no response. No response to my online enquiry that I submitted either. If you are having trouble, please call the airline direct like I did who will answer any questions you may have. Kuwait airways advised they are aware of the issues with omega flight store but we're unable to discuss anything due to legal reasons which speaks for itself! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

United Kingdom | 10 September 2018I made my booking and all went well. Some time later my plans had to be changed and I needed to alter a flight. I tried to telephone Omega at leat 20 times. The number was normally engaged but twice when it actually rang, it continued to ring for some time before just cutting off. I sent my question through on their form and received an automatic acknowledgement which gave me an enquiry number and said I could expect to hear back within 48 hours. When I had heard nothing for more than 72 hours I sent a further message complaining that I had not been contacted. Weeks later I have heard nothing. This is unacceptable

United Kingdom | 10 September 2018Please stop calling them, it appears the call centre has been closed, they lost the ability to issue or amend airline tickets three weeks ago and as others have said, their ATOL licence issued by the CAA was suspended a week ago. To all intents and purposes it appears they have ceased to trade, if you have an ATOL Certificate, contact the CAA on the telephone number provided, if you have no Certificate and no valid ticket, contact the airline to see if a ticket has been issued, if not you may need to rebook and claim a refund from your credit card company

United Kingdom | 10 September 2018They are also trading under "Travel Group Omega". Most of the phone numbers are disconnected and the ones that ring, nobody will ever answer them. How can they still trade?
