Excellent, i bought 4 tickets from omega and it was very easy and clean. At first i was skeptical and afraid because of the world of cyber criminals but eventually everything went well and very easy inter face. I would recommend it to anyone..... Thumbs up. NB: The only thing is that i dont see air time given to their customers

Extremely easy to use and flights were confirmed immediately. No hidden fees or tricks. You get online travel agents who advertise flights at seemingly cheap prices but when you try and book them you are told those flights are sold out and more expensive alternatives are offered, this is not one of those. You can be confident that if a flight is listed it is available. Having had problems with some of those tricksters in the past I can’t recommend Omega Flight Store highly enough- what you see is what you get; no gimmicks, tricks or deception and excellent flight prices!

While a response online on my booking status never showed up, even no single email haven't I received, neither a confirmation on payment which I'm used to see quick enough. It's been 10 hours since I book. No sign on my booking confirmation yet.

Worst company I've ever tried. The tickets aren't confirmed when you summit your debit card information. Also, I've payed for a checked extra luggage, and that payment is not reflected in my booking information in the airline.

I would like to say thank you to Adron at Omega flight store, I have had to cancel 2 out of 8 tickets I purchased for a family wedding in Florida and I cannot praise Adron enough. He has helped me through every step of this process in a very prompt and timely manner. I would definitely use Omega again.

I checked out Omega flight store on the internet and there was a lot of bad press for them , look if you know your flights and your dates and there 100% double check when booking and book don’t blam Omega for your mistake, I have now booked 2 flights no problem no hassle just did what I asked of them , 10000% I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who wants a cheap flight deal

Snuck unneeded and unwanted insurance into my booking to inflate the cost without asking when I complained that they had sold me something I didn't need or want and asking for it to be taken off they just told me to get stuffed. Con artists do not use. The answer below is a lie. The insurance is added automatically and you have to spot that it has been done and remove it manually. Completely dishonest and borderline criminal.

No fuss..no hassle ..no asking for more money like others do....I've experience harassment after selecting a flight and going through all the process .Inc payment then get a call saying it's not available at that price and hold me to ransom........

Fare price wasn’t real-time so ended up paying extra £100. Luggage allowance wasn’t clear, outbound flight 23kg and return 30kg. So left stuff behind, very bad experience. Wish I could cancel and do direct booking with airline but it’s too late.
