I usually search for a deal through Kayak, but many-a-times, the link which takes you to the actual site shows a different cost with few additional details. Luckily, omega flight store wasn’t like that. The booking process is quick and easy with no hassle or delay.

I phoned to ask if I could have an earlier flight as I needed to change my original booking. as my ongoing flight to Australia from Heathrow was changed.The phone operator was unhelpful an rude.I will never use again and advise against your service.

An impressive range of flights searched and I got a terrific deal. Not one of those websites which forget what you have entered or times-out after a certain time. This one kept going for hours until I found the best combination for a 3 hop trip from UK to USA, within USA and back to UK. Quick to follow-up with all the paper work and confirmations. Only comment is that it was a bit weird that sometimes the flight option results came up in a different format, but still 5 stars!

I accidentally deleted the email they sent me containing my e-ticket for a return flight to New York. I phoned the customer services at 7.15 pm on a Friday evening and was put through straight away to a human being! Extraordinary. He was incredibly helpful, and after establishing that I really was me, re-sent the email to my email address within a few minutes. No muss, no fuss - excellent service, prompt and friendly.
