United Kingdom | 21 September 2018Hi Everyone, i think by now all should know that Omega Flight Store has been suspended for operations and there is no customer service available i have tired all the phone numbers and emails and all went in vain. For all those people facing issues Your best option is to contact the airlines directly. if they say contact the travel agent to make changes please explain to them that the agency is suspended and there is no way to get in contact with them. Most of the airlines are aware of this situation with omega flight store so they should be able to help. Mine was with etihad and they were very helpful. Please Note if you want to cancel and get a refund the best will be contact the bank or ABTA they airlines wont able to help with that. This is my experience with Etihad. every airlines policy can be different.

United Kingdom | 21 September 2018Avoid avoid avoid! They simply don't answer the phone or reply to emails! Causing me a lot stress - exactly not what I want for a holiday.

United Kingdom | 20 September 2018Many of you will have found that you are unable to contact OmegaFlightStore if there is any issues with your flights or tickets. The numbers go through to an annoying repeated music hold for 30 mins after which you are disconnected. I contacted the airline directly and they advised me that this agent is no longer allowed to do any ticketing. Another post also suggests that the company has been renamed to Milburn Travel and that that company has filed for liquidation! So changes are not possible though OmegaFlightStore. However in my case the flight was booked with the airline, and the airline (Garuda) were happy to make the changes necessary under the knowledge of issues with Omega - for me it was a complete reschedule due to Garuda no longer flying from London Heathrow with very helpful customer service. For a rebate though, it may be possible through a credit card, or maybe through ABTA which Omega was in theory accredited with, but I have not tried either path, having moved to a satisfactory alternative.

Tanzania | 20 September 2018Just like most travel agents, very poor customer service. I have been trying to get in touch for the past 4 days, to change my travel dates to no avail. There is no one to answer the phones in all their UK branches, l have called tirelessly their London, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh brancheswith no answer. I have sent 3 emails and to date, no response whatsoever! Next time l will book straight from the airline. Trying to save a few quid by booking through these travel agents is very costly.

United Kingdom | 20 September 2018Booked flight through Omega. Details confirmed promptly but missing a booking reference for the first leg of the flight so unable to check-in. Tried to contact Omega by phone at all of their locations. For 3 out of the 4 the call just goes unanswered at all. At the 4th location the call is answered and goes straight to the usual horrid background music. That plays along without interruption or any message for almost 20 minutes and then the call is cut off! You can submit a query through the website but they take up to 48 hours for an INITIAL response. No help to a man with a plane to catch. This was the first and only time I will use Omega.

United Kingdom | 20 September 2018Bad customer service had to cancel trip because of serious accident and being unfit to travel at first they said they would try to get me a refund from the airline and was asked to send medical documentation which I did. I thought at least they are trying to help but despite lots of phone calls and emails which never get answered over the course of 8 weeks I’m still awaiting a reply

United Kingdom | 20 September 2018Terrible service. My journey was booked for coming November and airline cancelled one of the scheduled flight so I requested to rebook my return flight to my required date/time. They were unable to do so because they have lost license to book and sale tickets. So I requested full refund. It seems refund has been processed by airline but after two weeks haven’t heard anything from omega flight. And as mentioned by other customer it’s almost impossible to reach them via provided phone numbers. Only one person answered after trying for a week at their London branch ( Sam) . She has been good answering calls but lost my trust if I will ever receive my refund by reading other customers experience that refund hasn’t been received even after 7 weeks. Thinking to contact my c/card company but not sure if I should wait for another 6 weeks as they said it will take six weeks for refund. Not sure why that long though.

United Kingdom | 20 September 2018I would have given 5 stars however wanted to change booking on one of the passengers who wanted to come a day or 2 later and making contact on the telephone was impossible Emirates advises that it has to be through the travel agent - Disappointed.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2018I needed to change the date of my flight. I have tried sending them a query through their website, I was promised a maximum of 48 hours for a reply, but it has been 168 hours. I have not heard anything from them. I tried calling the number shown on their website and it is invalid (Manchester). On the receipt of my ticket, there is a phone number that looked unprofessional (seems like a personal number) and I tried calling it, but no one bothered to pick up (I waited for 5 mins). This has been a terrible experience and I am still unable to change my departure date.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2018Sent us flight changes on 5th Sept with an impossible connecting flight ( -30 mins at heathrow) via email asking us to contact if not satisfactory. Been trying multiple times daily since then and nothing via phone or email is answered. Advise anyone who is worries like us to contact card payment provider and dispute the payment forcing a charge back. Hit the ignorant sods where it hurts.. right in their pocket.

United Kingdom | 17 September 2018Excellent price and didn't fail to deliver. Got my booking references straight away. All the issues people complain about i saw easily stated either when booking or in the T&C's. If they effect you simply dont use them and pay directly to the airline. For me they didn't effect me so booked with them and save A LOT of money on my flight. Would happily use them again.

United Kingdom | 17 September 2018Echoing just some of the views here. Right now (Sept-18) I'm definitely not able to get any customer service response. No answer by phone and no response after 5 days to email (which is logged and showing as unresolved in their own support request site). Like others, I've received a text saying some schedules have changed - but I've checked the airline sites (BA and TAM in this case) and no changes are shown. In fact, right now I can search and find the valid bookings by checking the reservation codes in each airline's own website so I'm confident the booking is no fraud - but if I needed to make any changes, there's apparently no way to contact Omega. I also suffered a name mix-up on the website booking form as someone else reviewed (not sure it was bad HTML - might have been bad auto-fill by my browser...) BUT at that point (June-18) I WAS able to contact an agent by phone same day (hour actually) who DID handle the cancellation verbally and confirmed in writing - and I then re-booked. I duly received a refund to my payment card for the incorrect booking a few days later. Was it good value and competitive at the time I booked? Yes. Will I use them again? No. Regardless of the price.

United Kingdom | 17 September 2018Do not book with these, before travelling to Sweden i emailed 4x regarding luggage. I couldn’t get through on the phone. And received an email back everytime saying they would contact me within 48hr. Not once did they get back to me. Went away, flight there was fine, and the one coming home was cancelled, which we only found out when we arrived at the airport at 5am!! To be told they’ve put us on the 4pm flight. No email was sent, no phone call absolutely nothing. We where given the equivalent of around £7 each for the delay which in Sweden doesn’t get you a coffee and a sandwich. We ended up flying to London and then again to Manchester arriving over 6hrs later than expected!! Impossible to get hold of if you need them, don’t book with them,

United Kingdom | 17 September 2018Terrible service. Received an email from them saying there have been significant changes to our flight schedule and to call them as soon as possible, plus a bunch of nonsensical garbage. After calling many times and spending hours on the phone I finally got through to someone who didn’t have a clue what was going on and said she’d call me back. Frankly, she sounded annoyed at my existence. Never heard back, and despite having repeated the process of trying to call them over and over, plus sending multiple emails and completing their online contact form… nothing. We are due to fly tomorrow and still have no idea what is going on. I’d suggest spending a bit more for a good service. We wish we had.
