I received notification a flight we purchased changed it's time considerably, meaning we WILL NOT BE ABLE to make this connection. We need Omega to deal with this and they do not reply. OMEGA PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS booking ref OQ6BE8C2 and CALL ME ASAP.

United Kingdom | 14 October 2018Basically a website. The after sales response for any query is totally ignored. The phone is not answered. Email contact forms are ignored. So only use this travel site if you are prepared to book online as there is no post contact service at all. If you would need a refund or to make a change - good luck, as it is unlikely to happen. Won't use them again, simply because there are other websites who do the same thing, for the same price and at least treat you like a custome, not a credit card number.

United Kingdom | 14 October 2018After I bought my ticket with you, i tried to contact you by phone and you never picked up the phone, i contacted you by mail regarding the procedures to check in with you and you haven´t reply to my yet, you have left my in the blue, I have to google up to find out what´s the way to check in and if there is a e-ticket. You have an appalling customer service. i don´t think i will use your services ever again.

What do you do when they send an email saying flights have changed but you can't contact them!!!! Awful

France | 14 October 2018Vraiment une agence de mauvaise qualité. Le 01/07/2018 nous avions des billets Air France pour Toulon. Mais ce vol a été annulé pour un problème technique. Donc nous avons demandé le remboursement des billets à Omega flight store mais depuis plus de nouvelles. Air France nous invite à être remboursé par l agence qui acheté les billets. J ai envoyé un certain nombre de mails et pas de réponse... La société n existe t elle plus ? elle a du déposer le bilan et être en faillite.. J attends...

I have also called 15 times across 3 days all calls were unanswered. I hope the customer service changes.

United Kingdom | 13 October 2018I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH DON'T USE THIS AGENCY! ESPECIALLY NOW AS YOU HAVE NO ATOL OR ABTA PROTECTION!! This company should not be on your site with four stars given the enormous number of poor reviews and the fact that they have been kicked out of both ATOL and ABTA! I was reasonably lucky as I was flying with Qatar Airways who were very helpful when I received a series of virtually unintelligible emails about my booking to Nepal via Doha. Our return flight to Doha was cancelled by the airline but the email quoted three different flight times including the original. Needless to say like others it was impossible to contact this shower of a travel agent before we left! After consulting Qatar Airways info desk at Doha they explained that without consulting us the agent had changed the flight to 2.00 am departure leaving us a 10 hour layover in Doha before our connecting flight. They suggested contacting Qatar Airways in Kathmandu, so we trekked out to their office and they couldn't have been more helpful. Amended both flights to leave a two hour connection at no cost. We got lucky all we lost was a morning of our trip. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH DON'T USE THIS AGENCY! ESPECIALLY NOW AS YOU HAVE NO ATOL OR ABTA PROTECTION!!

While I was abroad, I had to change my ticket, I tried to contact Qatar Airways, they advised me to contact Omega Flight Stores. I have had a very bad experience, due to there poor customer service. I sent several emails, tried to speak to customer services over the phone but no reply. I bought a new ticket and flew back to England and then went physically to there Birmingham office. They have only one female member of staff. She was very unprofessional. She refused to refund. I then contact to ABTA, they said Omega flight store has cancelled their membership. I don't how Omega store still able to operate. I would request you to please thoroughly check who is the service provider.

I've booked £2k of flights to Japan and have to cancel for an operation but I cannot get hold of them through every hone number I can find on the net as well as through email. Looks like they are a scam or have gone bust. What to do next to get my money back..?

United Kingdom | 11 October 2018Having booked with Omega 23rd of June and received confirmation and now with 5 days to go before our flights we have not received our tickets. I sent 2 emails but have had no replies and find it impossible to contact them by phone having tried all tel numbers listed. I have now had to contacted the airlines direct and they have confirmed we are booked on flights but I must ask why Omega do not answer emails and telephone calls. I cannot see how this company will survive after reading other customer complaints and so I must advise that there is a risk of losing out if you book with this company

United Kingdom | 10 October 2018Hi This is just updating AS my flight cancelled directly by Kuwait air due to bad weather.I have contacted the air line as I dint have any response from Omega, Now I have got a full refund as promised by Kuwait air when the cancellation done If your flight was cancelled by the airliner ,Please contact the airline company They may help you in that case. OR CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY or travel insurance if you have one.most of the premium bank accounts offer a travel insurance. And I came to know that Omega still working with different name ,be careful when you book the next time,

United Kingdom | 09 October 2018Haven't ever dealt with such a poor company,have tried to contact them over a100 times in the last month by phone each time on hold for anywhere between 10min to an hour only to be cut off every time. Have also sent numerous EMails non of which have I received a reply. Really don't know what to do. Think I have learnt from my mistake and would never ever use them again Having traveled around the world several times and have never been so disappointed with the service I have received.

Fortunately the airline (BA) honoured the bookings without a fuss (bless them - much appreciated). Tried to email and phone Omega - no response (after four weeks...)
