I purchased a flight, they changed the flight, I told them I did not want a changed flight, they ignored me. I told them I would accept the flight change if I could only keep one leg of it. They basically said they never adjust anything, and they didn't care, ignoring most communications.

Sent numerous emails and no end of telephone calls. A disgraceful company..... Don't bother using!!!! Currently on hold for the last 45 minutes.

United Kingdom | 29 September 2018I would never use them again. Their customer service is appalling. They changed flight at last minute by email - due to natural disaster in Japan. The new flights were to a different country! !! But then they don't reply to the phone EVER. After 3 hours on he phone they haven't picked up once. They don't reply to emails - 9 emails over 3 weeks! I would avoid them at all costs. If you look at their reviews they are alloyds terrible. I wish I had looked first!

United Kingdom | 28 September 2018I have been trying to contact your company since the beginning of August initially by telephone - literally phoning all your offices in the UK. Each of the calls connected, music played for a bit, then each call was cut off. Since 20th September I have now resorted to trying to contact you by email (Ref:5899186794 (dated 20th Sept), 9939385147 (dated 24th Sept), and 5899186794 (dated 25th Sept), and even although your website states it can take up to 48-hours for you to respond, to date I have still not received ANY form of response from your company. This morning I have tried to phone your Milton Keynes phone number yet again, the call connected, I pushed the appropriate buttons, and then listened to a whole bunch of litany of how wonderful your company is and how my call is important to you. I held on for over 15-minutes waiting to a speak to a human being. AGAIN NO LUCK! I am currently in Saudi Arabia, my calls to you are costing me a fortune. I have booked a flight from Riyadh to Heathrow/ Edinburgh. All I want to do is change the date of my outward flight, and have been trying to do this since the beginning of August. Can someone from your company PLEASE respond to my request and sort this out?

United States | 27 September 2018I'm not usually a person to complain, but omega caused me weeks of stress and frustration. I was travelling for the first time to Fiji with no previous experience of travel agencies. I went for the cheapest option, so chose omega as a travel agency. After I had booked, I was invited to stay in Sydney with family who I've never met and may never get to see, so I tried to extend my return ticket when passing through Sydney. Phone call after phone call, day after day, nobody picks up. I call British Airways whom I'm flying back with, upon return. They tell me that I can't extend it without consulting my travel agency, otherwise it is a breach of contract for them. So basically they couldn't do anything, and I couldn't contact omega either, and I might never get the opportunity to meet my extended family again. Very unreliable, not worth the hassle. They're cheap for a very good reason.

Italy | 25 September 2018This is the only dealings I have had with Omega and was sourced through Skyscanner. Flight was booked with Qatar Airways and after booking I registered with Qatar for their loyalty scheme. The deal and booking were 5 stars but Qatar made a fairly small amendment to the 2nd section of the flight. Omega asked me to contact urgently and I spent an entire afternoon phoning possibly 20+ times, getting through twice and then nothing. Eventually contacted them after 5PM and got through possibly to India? and confirmed to them the amendment was okay. For this 3 stars. There should be a way to confirm this by e-mail especially since Qatar also advised me of the new arrangement. Had I been abroad this difficulty in contacting could have been an unnecessary nuisance.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2018Booking Ref: OQF597AB We booked United Airline flights. One of the passengers (my son-in-law) had to change his flight. Omega quoted £1500 to change, he therefore went direct to United Airlines who organised new flights and they refunded £284.90 to Omega. They advised us to contact Omega to confirm same, which we did, forwarding the original email from United. Numerous telephone calls and further emails, all ignored and still no repayment. This is quite simply theft and therefore illegal.

On the positive side they notified me immediately with flight schedule changes due to the airlines changing their flight times via email and told us to contact them to rearrange new time schedules. There were issues with contacting them via phone but we were persistent. When we finally got through to their credit they rearranged any flight changes we needed there and then and were helpful. I would say better to contact them by phone than by email. I would use them again in the future as I saved hundreds of pounds rather than booking with the Airline I flew with.

I called them at least hundred times, emailed. But no response. I wanted to cancel my ticket. Extremely poor awful service. This is my first and last purchase with them.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2018I’ve had a similar experience to the other 1* reviewers. The first leg of my return flight was rescheduled so was called to get in touch with them. In my case I managed straight away and was dealt with by a guy called Noor Ahmed, who (seemingly) amended my itinerary and sent me a new e-ticket. He asked me to review OmegaFlightstore on Trustpilot and I gave them a glowing review as I was impressed with how Noor had dealt with my query. Yet about a week ago I put my flight into the airline app and noticed that the rescheduled flight was missing from my itinerary. The airline told me to contact OmegaFlightstore and after several hours of ringing several different numbers and e-mailing, I still haven’t managed to. I am having a Kafkaesque experience at the minute because the airline (who I won’t name at this time) keep telling me that I need to speak to OmegaFlightstore before they can do anything when speaking to OmegaFlightstore seems impossible now. While they are not taking calls or responding to email, someone at OmegaFlightstore is still engaging in reputation management because they reported my earlier review for “being in the wrong place”. It wasn’t. I am hoping that Noor Ahmed or someone from OmegaFlightstore can respond to my email to explain what is going on because I’m now going to have to spend far too large a portion of my holiday trying to secure a flight home

Absolutely no response, I tried so many times/dialled, it goes only into a beautiful music mode for ever on the phone, I think they are Defunct . Fly by night operators ! You cannot modify,cancel or make any changes to the ticket bought through them , you need to contact Airlines directly and they own No responsibility as Travel Agent owns the ticket .. I would have given a "Zero" rating if i had a option here .

I tried 4 times the standard online request for support . After the initial email that said "allow up to 48 hours" there was no further contact. I tried calling (international call) wa put into the hold for 15 minutes minutes and then the call dropped. I have no idea how to get through to them!

All seemed ok until I received an SMS to confirm that a significant change had been made to my booking and that I should contact them urgently to confirm a new itinerary....easier said than done. I have called the customer service number over 10 times and each time, regardless of time of day, I have been placed in a queue for at least 30 minutes, after which, the call is terminated. I have no idea if I have tickets or not and am at a loss what to do. I completed the contact form over 2 weeks ago and nobody has come back to me. Somebody in this company must give a damn and I urge that individual to respond quickly and provide some clarity with my booking. I have ‘not’ recommended Omega flight store to everyone I know.
