Bought the p60 master after watching a few reviews, firstly the pressure washer doesn’t work properly, it’s has power for about a second or so then drops off, the snow foam cannons are the worst ones I’ve ever used and that includes the premium one from Ava, I’ve contacted them about sending it back and the response I got was to do my own trouble shooting, hands down worst pressure washer I have ever used, hope to return and get a refund Update to your reply, I’m still yet to get a reply so I’m stuck with a jet wash that doesn’t work properly, I’d avoid this company as once they have your money they aren’t interested!

Excellent product. I had never heard of AVA before reading some reviews for best pressure washers and was pleasantly surprised to see AVA given top marks. I also noticed that professional detailers liked this brand and all of this persuaded me to purchase the Go P40. Would recommend.

Very pleased to have dealt with AVA, although I have not used the pressure washer yet the transaction went very smoothly and delivery was super fast. All in all a pleasant experience.

After many a Karcher washer and then Nilfisk but all failing came across AVA. Liked the 20 year warranty and emphasis on ability to repair and service. After having the Evolution 80 for 18 months the hose became detached and machine ran dry for a couple of minutes and did not work properly, understandably. I contacted AVA support and let them know the machine had run dry and they advised the 10 year service kit. I have to say I was a bit sceptical this would sort the issue but parts less than £30 its worth a try. Following the video to dismantle the washer and replace parts was mostly straightforward and after 90 mins with new parts fitted had a fully working pressure washer again. Having prepared myself to get a new washer delighted to have been able to fix the P80 as went back to my Nilfisk and missed the power of the AVA P80. Speed of response and shipping the parts was quick, not a lot to fault and why 5 stars. Update: 20/03/24 So my Evolution P80 has been in repair for over a month, no update from AVA despite chasing. Was able to find number to speak to repair shop direct who have advised AVA should have been in contact with me as machine is beyond ecomnical repair. I have spent nearly £200 in addtional parts and accesories in last few months so extermley disappointed to hear this news and from a 3rd party. As the AVA shop UK is showing everything out of stock and having had no reply in weeks, despite me chasing, and the repair shop advised AVA of the issue, this is all very disappointing. As I write, I have no pressure washer, no contact with AVA and no idea even if they are around or still in business! As getting no response may have to dig out legal contract and or seek refund under Consumer Credit Act. If this changes for the better will update this but whatever way you look at this it is very poor customer service.

Incredibly thankful and appreciative that there I an Apple Pay option when at checkout. But the system kept lagging and kicking me out as I tried to pay which was frustrating. Also would be nice not having to checkout on a different website.

First class service

I’m well impressed with the machine, attachments, and how well built it is. As never hearing of AVA before I was skeptical of them but the reviews etc just had me leaning towards them than the other well known brands. By far this AVA I bought is a BEAST, it’s so easy to use and blasts through dirt and grime like a hot knife through butter. The attachments I had as well for car cleaning are epic, the snow foam cannon is the perfect water to foam ratio, and, has a lovely thick foam to it. I’d say as well and maybe other won’t agree, but my last jet wash which was a compact, seems to be noisy compared to this monster. All in all I cannot fault AVA, they’re an epic company. Thanks

A previous purchase had been unnecessary. A better solution existed on Ava's website which I hadn't found. Their CS team arranged the solution in case a similar situation occurs in the future so I don't end up spending more than I need to again.

Delivery was excellent ordered one day delivered the next day .haven't used what was bought as it was purchased for Xmas present .

Purchase was very easy and the delivery was prompt. Knocked down a star only because my first choice of product was out of stock for a while. Seeing this is from the official online store I would have thought full stock range should be readily available. Great product though. Surprised how good the quality is compared to my previous major brand pressure washer. Would definitely recommend.
