Ordering was a straight forward and simple process. E-mail up-dates were prompt, as was delivery. Detergent cup was damaged on delivery, but one e-mail accompanied by photographic evidence was replied to immediately & a replacement cup complete with foam nozzle was dispatched straight away. Great product and after-sales service. Would confidently recommend. Have since used the pressure washer for car cleaning. The washer is capable and simple enough to set up and use. Only minor criticism would be that the 6M hose could do with being 8M., other than that, a great compact little washer.

I bought this machine based on the reviews and some features which chimed with my own experience of owning various other brands Upsides so far yes the hose lays flatter than others yes the longer reach on the gun stops you having to bend down - extends reach yes the zero force trigger is good yes it is reasonably powerful yes the machine is sturdy and balanced - wont topple as easily downsides to consider it is surprisingly heavy compared to other machines it blows the fuses on supplies where others do not (I have a 13A spur outside socket, with no extension, never blown with any other device including chop saw and 3 other pressure washers, did not make it with this machine) overall not had it long enough to balance the pros and cons but the service seemed good from them when I questioned not getting a conformation of my order- on line chat confirmed received and they were behind writing out to confirm.

Speedy delivery

On my second pressure washer as the first one was defective, Ava quickly replaced this with a new one, sadly unable to use the foam cannon due to defective threads . Not very good build quality or quality control in my eyes

Very good experience all round from the placing the order to receiving it in 2 days I was very impressed with the serivce👌🏾. The only issue was on opening the box the snow foam bottle was damaged but after emailing the issue I received a quick response so hopefully the replacement is on its way .

Excellent customer service, I was missing a part for my newly purchased jet washer. Could not have been more helpful and arranged delivery of the missing item this arrived within 2 days.

A rapidly dispatched and very well packaged product. Have used once to clean block paving and it's superior to any pressure washer i've owned previously. Very well designed.
