I was trying to book a repair for my Samsung S22 phone and the website is not responding.

I went to 55 High Street Kensington with my iPhone XR and problems with charging. I was told that if it can be cleaned at once any it charges my fee would be &15. The man said the phone charges and I paid £15. I did not check there and then and when at home it did not charge and it charged and immediately went off and it was taking long time and luck to position it so that charging would stay but there is no guarantee that it will charge. My question is why my payment was taken and repair not done?

Great service. I got one of my iPhone screen repaired at Westfield shepherd bush. And they ended up repairing the back cover of my iPhone lenses as well . Apple was going to charge me over £400. They must have thought the lenses were broken but paid £10 for the replacement cover with Ismash. Give Ismash a go. The thing you need to remember though is that it will end your current warranty with apple if you change your screen or anything else with Ismash. So far so good and service was perfect. Happy customer!

Having put off repairing my cracked iPhone glass screen for ages because the previous repair was so costly, I spotted the iSmash booth at Canary Wharf and asked for a quote. The quote was a third of my previous repair, it could be done immediately, took 3 minutes (instead of an hour), and the quality of the screen is superior to the last. What a result! And the repairer was friendly, polite and quick.

Visiting London yesterday I fell down a flight of stairs and smashed my phone resulting in an inability to retrieve my train ticket home, my theatre ticket for that evening, my contacts etc. The prompt, efficient, friendly service I received from Daniel (who replaced the screen and restored functionality) was outstanding and saved the day. Bad company, They repair your screen and use a set for 30£ when they charge 99£ and its not compatible with apple pen so now my apple pen wont work

Rude, arrogant, terrible customer service from Mo Bilal, the store manager at London Bridge station. I would recommend using a different independent phone repair shop, or Apple. This place is overly expensive with poor customer service
