Great service, the technician in the Oxford Circus tube station branch is excellent: informative and engaging. I had an iPad repaired (new battery), and then went back with an old iPhone for a new battery. Only slight grumble is that I went the day after a £10 voucher Had expired, thought I might get a concession for being only 24 hours late, but didn’t happen. All that said, I would still recommend ismash – prices are competitive and the service is excellent.

I went to ismash Nottingham for a new ipad battery. The chap who dealt with me, Georgian, was exceptionally competent and professional. He advised me that I needed a new screen, was very helpful in getting the ipad back to me quickly, and was respectful about my security concerns. I needed it returned too quickly for him to be able to check properly (completely my fault for not booking the appointment promptly), and he warned me that there was a possibility that the touch id might end up misaligned. In fact it was better than before. All in all very impressed, and would definitely recommend.

Service was excellent. I was kept updated, letting me that they needed to order parts etc and how long it would take. Then when it was fixed they phoned me to let me know.

I visited the repair shop before booking and everyone was really helpful. It was easy to book online, I dropped my iPad off at the booked time and a couple of hours later it was finished. I am really happy with the repair and the staff were great. I would definitely use iSmash again for any repairs

Dropped my phone off in Canary Wharf iSmash with Ihan 16th Oct in the morning, took a couple of hours to repair and test and diagnosed the problem and rectified than worse felt feared so could of easily charged a fortune if wanted. Efficient and honest. Highly Recommend.

I used to use these guys a lot. Screen repairs, new charging sockets, other stuff - Always good. A while back I had a screen protector fitted and the guy in the store (Covent Garden) said that for £15 they offered a lifetime service where they’d replace the protector for free again whenever necessary at no charge. I went for it and had it replaced once after that. At no point was it ever made clear that it’s specific to one model phone. Tried to do the same today at the Bank Station branch and they wouldn’t do it since I’ve now got a newer iPhone - They say that the continuous protector replacement is only for the original model and IMEI#. At first he said it was only the same model, then he said it was tied to the IMEI #. Literally trying whatever he could to get out of it. Given how many people replace their phones regularly this is a real scam - The price of a screen protector for an iPhone 15 ProMax is barely any different to that of an 11 ProMax (screen protectors are dirt cheap) so they could easily do it but won’t. Imagine how many people are using this service and then finding out it’s no use to them - It’s wasted money so don’t fall for it. The smart thing to do would have been to just do the screen protector replacement that time and maybe warn me they couldn’t do it again, but instead for the sake of a couple of quid they ensured I won’t be taking any of our family’s stuff to them for repair again. So don’t get caught out on this scam. Tying a “ Tempered Glass 4 Life” to a specific phone and IMEI # means it’s for a year or so, if you’re lucky.

I went to iSmash in Victoria station. Speedy service and excellent value for a new phone battery. I was running late and the engineer was as flexible as he could be. I was delighted and fully recommend this store

I was told Face ID may. It work only for another technician to tell me part needed for Face ID to work is on original screen. Part was not tried. Poor customer service

I booked an appointment for a Samsung battery replacement. I arrived at the appointment after travelling an hour and was told that the repair couldn't be done as there was no Samsung accredited technician available on Sunday. I am very annoyed as the system shouldn't have allowed me to book an appointment appointment if it wasn't possible for the repair to be done. Very bad service, avoid this business. I am very upset that I wasted a few hours travelling and having to pay for the travel and not have my repair done.

I had my iphone se battery replaced at London Bridge 10 months ago. Its performance was always poor but got so bad I decided to replace it and bit the bullet and went back to Apple store. The pictures taken of the ismash repair were truly shocking. The battery had been glued in place because the wrong size battery had been inserted. The phone no longer works.

I took my iPhone 14 for a broken screen replacement at the ismash store in Leeds Trinity Centre. Abu The guy in the shop was amazing. He Fixed my screen in minutes and was totally brilliant!!

Super service at St Pancras branch, where they replaced a swollen battery in my Google Pixel 6. I feel like I have a new phone!
