I recently had the misfortune of entrusting my iPhone battery replacement to your establishment before embarking on my travels, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I made sure to have the iPhone checked, ensuring it was in perfect working order before handing it over for the battery replacement. To my dismay, after the replacement, I was given assurances of a warranty, with the promise that I could return if any issues arose. Little did I know, this was merely a façade of customer care. While on holiday, a mere two weeks after the replacement, half of my phone screen decided to go dead, rendering the entire device useless. A quick online search confirmed what I suspected – improper battery replacement often leads to screen malfunctions. Upon my return, I took my phone back to your establishment, expecting some level of accountability for the evident connection between the battery replacement and the subsequent issues. However, to my disbelief, I was asked to foot the bill for an entire screen replacement. This refusal to acknowledge responsibility for the faulty service is not only unethical but borders on fraudulent. Your team's lack of integrity and their willingness to exploit customers for additional costs is both disappointing and infuriating. I feel cheated, and I can't help but label your establishment as nothing short of crooks and con artists. I am compelled to caution others against falling victim to such deceitful practices. I would strongly suggest using other repair outlets.

United Kingdom | 10 November 2023I broke my phone a couple of weeks ago and went to Canary Wharf to get it fixed. The man was very helpful and was able to fix it. I dropped it down the toilet recently and this time I went to Stratford Westfield it was totally waterlogged I left it with the man there and didn’t think he would be able to fix it. I went back a couple days later and although it had water marks in the phone but I could still use it. He didn’t charge me as he couldn’t fix it properly. I was so grateful that I could still use it even if it was slightly darker. I have many hospital appointments scheduled and was worried they would not be able to contact me. Thank you and I would recommend them.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2023Sayyam and his colleague at Leeds Trinity were so helpful, pleasant and efficient - they had my Google Pixel 5 screen replaced before I'd even ordered a coffee nearby (I'd say less than ten minutes!). Literally the ONLY reason I took a star off is the price is still a bit of a shock, but the guarantee they give is really reassuring. Really great service.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2023Really poor customer service , rude staff, do not honour warranty repairs and justify a 45 min appointment taking 2.5 hours by referral to small print on T&Cs . They are not even cheap and don’t use genuine apple parts ! Will never use again

United Kingdom | 08 November 2023Went to get a replacement battery for my Iphone. All seemed well for the first couple of days, and then had the dreaded black screen of death. The buttons still clicked and I could pick up calls by hitting the area on the black screen with the green pick up call icon. Went to my local phone repaired and they diagnosed a loose connection to the screen. Big coincidence with the battery repair. A few months down the line, and the new battery is draining down the same way as the old one, indicating a poor battery quality. Be warned, if you want a new battery for your Iphone, use the Apple store service, dont use Ismash...

Im currently without a laptop and currently the branch is waiting for a head office management response. I emailed head office 2 days ago, they acknowledged my email but haven’t responded to say what might happen now. Terrible situation

The site is already terrible as it is so I had to do it in front of him. He advised the time that would be best. Only to return on set date and they tell me that they don't have the part and could not have known to get it because I booked a diagnostic appointment. Had very nonchalant behavior and didn't even take a second look at the phone. I had to ask specifically before he told me to go to London Bridge branch as that's where the parts were.
