Beware any customers of this company, I took my iPad 2 Air, into the London bridge branch for a battery replacement, when I collected my device it never occurred to me to checkover my iPad screen, which was in perfect condition when I delivered the iPad to ismash, but on closer inspection at home the screen now as a hairline crack from side to side, which in all probability was done by the technicians at ismash when they replaced the battery. I spoke to the manager of ismash at London Bridge, and he said it was the customers responsibility to checkover the device before leaving the shop, and there was nothing he could do, the hairline crack only shows up in certain lighting conditions, so doubt I would have seen the cracked screen in the shop, gutted I have wasted my money.

Had my battery replaced for my iphone14 pro, actually I haven’t had it booked, just turned up but the guys in iSmash-Guildford were very friendly and helpful and very professional, deserve top review, very happy customer! A+++++

I took my iPhone to the Manchester store to have a new rear camera fitted. The experience I had was great. Customer service was great and they explained what could go wrong. After a couple of hours the phone was fixed and no further issues to report.

recently sent my iPhone 14 Pro (Job Number: 3810858) to iSmash for a repair of a smashed back camera lens. The workmanship is really bad that the replacement glass is not level with the others (recess is a few mm) and the engineer has scratched the edges of the camera lens housing. I was also shocked when I looked at the screen of my phone, it has come back with deep scratches. I am now wishing I put a screen protector on my phone because they clearly don't take care of items when fixing them in their workshops. I did send a complaint to their customer service team over a week ago, but no response (I'm not suprised). I would not recommend using this company.

Expensive, but good and super quick. One of my iPhone camera lenses was smashed. They repaired in about 25mins so was t without my phone for long.

I took my iPad Pro into iSmash Leeds for a new battery and a new charging port replacement The Customer Service and user experience was excellent I was kept informed of the process and cost the whole way through the process and was called the moment the repair was complete and my iPad was ready to collect Very happy with the whole experience and although I was initially nervous as it's the first time I've ever had to leave a device for repair especially one I use so much for Business but the reviews spoke for themselves and I wouldn't hesitate to use iSmash Leeds again if I ever need to Thank You!

I expected a costly battery replacement as the phone did not charge. I was offered a £15 cleaning service which resolved the problem! The screen appeared to be cracked but the friendly technician said for only £10 the protective replaceable screen saver could be replaced as it had cracked not the screen. I was impressed with the level of customer service and would highly recommend ismash.

They were helpful and quick but this battery has 1/2 the life of my original iPhone battery. I only got it replaced c 6 months ago and it runs out of juice in the middle of the day (and I'm not using battery hungry apps for navigation and such like). Very disappointed.

Got my screen repaired in April when I had my phone in my hand and typed it was fine but when I put my phone done and typed more letters and numbers than what I wanted rang just now speaking to someone about it phone went dead rang bk was ringing then voicemail rang bk again one ring locked off like they are locking me off I'm under warranty unless I ain't cracked the screen they state I can bring in the phone
