I'm extremely disappointed. I paid £280 for a screen replacement at iSmash, and they destroyed my phone in the process. When I collected it, there was no signal, but since the shop was in an underground station, this didn't seem unusual. Outside, my SIM card wasn't working. I returned to the store, where the staff member connected it to WiFi - making the phone show a signal without needing the SIM. She claimed it was fixed, but outside, the problem persisted. I think they have used that trick before - why else connect to the store WiFi? I tested my SIM in another phone - it worked perfectly, confirming that iSmash had destroyed my phone. I can no longer receive calls, texts or mobile data. For £280, this is really rubbish.

I’m so happy with the service I received from iSmash in Meadowhall. My Granddaughter’s phone was repaired well within the time given. I can’t recommend them highly enough and my phone will be going in soon.

Went to ismash bluewater yesterday for a new battery for my iPhone 2. Easy to book an appointment, easy to find. Luke was very helpful and friendly. Left my phone there and went for a wander. Came back in an hour and it was done. I charged it up and then left it off charge overnight. Still got 91% charge next day. They also give 12 months warranty. I’m delighted and fully recommend them considering they are nearly half the price of Apple.

The worker at ismash Leeds called ghurfan was brilliant. Fixed my phone within 25 minutes. Didn’t even need to wait; he found the problem and solved it!

My phone needed a new battery and I didn't want the hassle from going from shop to shop to see IF they repaired my brand of phone (I have an old Google Pixel). I found Ismash on Google and the price for a battery replacement was really affordable. I chose to send the phone to them and I got regular updates via Email, they only had the phone one day and completed the work, I got the phone back the next day. Really cheap Fast work I would recommend them

Tried getting my screen/battery fixed. First visit, he denied service despite 2 available appointments. On the second visit, the technician refused to fix my phone stating I needed to provide my passcode. I explained that I could unlock the device before and after the repair, allowing him to test it. (official policy - Providing us with your pin or passcode ID before the repair is completely up to you!) However, he insisted that he could not proceed with the repair, citing that it would delay other repairs, which made no sense considering I had a booked slot. The technician was not only unprofessional but also RUDE and dishonest. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values their privacy and want’s quality service 📞⚒️
