Initial visit to Apple store left me speechless after they quoted for a replacement iPad pro when I took it in for an intermittent screen flicker.... Saw Ismash on the way out and for under a third of the price got a text back same day saying the iPad was fixed with a new screen and ready to collect! It's now good as new. Thanks 🙏 M

Akram at the High Street Kensington branch was amazing. Even through I was slightly late he was still very accommodating and had my phone fixed within the time period stated. He also checked whether I wanted my screen protector replaced as well to avoid any delays.

My iPhone XR ear volume wasn’t good and the Liverpool ismash guy repaired it within an hour at a very reasonable £20. Good friendly service, highly recommend and will use again.

I went to Apple with an old iphone 6, they said they couldn't do anything ! I went next door to ismash and they fixed my phone in 30 mins for a very reasonable cost, would highly recommend.

Used these guys yesterday in Guildford on a believed cracked screen on my Pixel 8a. They were friendly and professional and helped me straight away without having to book an appointment. As it turned out it was a screen protector problem, which they sorted on the spot. Good job!

I was delighted to find I could get a replacement battery for my ancient I-phone 6s over the counter, fitted in less than 30 minutes, and at a sensible price too. The assistant showed me a possible upgrade mini I-phone at a tempting price, but I shall stick with my 6s as long as it gives no more trouble - and with a guarantee of one year's battery life I shall hope for the best. Certainly would recommend iSmash for quick, efficient and friendly, helpful service, and good prices too.

I took my iPhone 11 in for a screen replacement, they did inform me that the screen was not a genuine Apple part but as it is a relative old phone I didn’t mind. The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently and the screen works perfectly okay. I am sure that the technical people out there will notice some differences in quality but to be honest for an every day person like me who just wanted his cracked screen replaced it is fine. I would highly recommend I smash great service and great price.

I smashed my Samsung S23 screen recently and took it into iSmash with the hopes of getting it fixed same-day, as I was leaving the city for a week. This was at 5pm, and the phone was repaired by 6:30pm. I received exceptional customer service and I am so grateful. I would reccomend iSmash to anyone needing their phone repaired.

Beware that they do not use Apple part but said that will be the identical. However, this unknown part has disabled some features such as high refresh rate and true tone and they admitted when we showed them but still said that repair part is the same other than those. Suspect that there may be more differences they know if I manages to find.

I cracked a camera lense on my IPhone 13. ISmash in Guildford repaired it in less than 30 minutes from me walking in off the street. I was encouraged to buy a lense cover for £10 which they fitted properly. The repair cost £65. It wasn’t cheap but it was an excellent service and I’m very happy to recommend them.

Used the mail in service for my daughter’s broken iPhone 13 screen replacement and couldn’t be happier. All very easy. Ordered Monday, pack turned up Tuesday and Royal Mail collected from home on Weds. As I’d only powered the phone down it was fun tracking it’s journey on find my phone. From the posties round, to the sorting office, mail centre down the motorway to London! It arrived at I-smash on Thursday morning and later that day, I had an email to say the repair was done and phone was heading home. Thursday evening it was on the move again. Another fun morning of tracking it back & and the package containing a fully working device with a lovely new screen was handed to me at 10:30 on Friday morning by the same lovely postie who took it on Wednesday.
