I was referred to Job22 through my work coach. Although I havent been with them for very long, my experience from start to finish has been excellent. My contact with Angela Church was second to none. With help and dedicaition I started employment within weeks and now have a permanent position within a school. I can honestly say it's been life changing for myself. Well done job22 and thank you to Angela Church once again. Amazing.

I was actually quite excited when I thought I was going to get help doing training and finding a job. But they were useless and I found my own training and withdrew from the scheme. The staff don't actually care about helping you get a job or training. They said their deadline for you to find work is within six months. So unless you're into your six month unemployed, you won't be their priority and your meetings will just be the same set of questions repeated. (Name, address, have you found a job yet?) To make it worse the staff are unprofessional and incompetent. They'll lie about trying to contact you and they'll miss a meeting that they have scheduled you for and blame you. These people are not here to help you. Just to bully you and tick their boxes.

When I started looking for work I felt completely lost I didn’t even know where to start. I was so overwhelmed but Angela went above and beyond to support me , helping with interviews , built my confidence , went out of her way when I could not access a computer to help me get my application forms I’d wrote by hand onto a computer. Every barrier that I came to when it came to even starting work once I’d found it Angela supported me from help with child care to help with interview clothes . I am now confidently in work and after feeling a massive sense of achievement for myself I also feel like it would of been a very stressful and unenjoyable experience if it wasn’t for the support of Angela in particular. Never expected her to of been so dedicated in helping me with every anxiety I felt but she did and with her help I’ve managed to get the job that I desperately wanted .

I joined jobs 22 after leaving prison as help finding work. The team worked endlessly every week to find me work and gave me knowledge into things not work related too. Now I'm in employment and the am still getting the drive and motivation to stay in employment from the team is great.

Jobs22 was introduced to me at a perfect time. I was out of work for a long period due to various reasons. Coming out of the covid lockdown, I managed to arrange a few interviews through some recruitment agents. My assigned Works Coach @ Job22 helped to resolve some of the difficulties I was facing arround attending the interviews as well as keeping me motivated and focussed. My Works Coach was also very understanding and available on the phone out of normal working hours when I needed advice on making some big decision when choosing the employer as well as supporting me in ensuring I would be able to attend my first day back into work. I'm told that the support continues for several months after you find a job. This is incase you are unhappy or having difficulties at your new place of work. Jobs22 has numerous services and facilities to help people find work. It's a shame the Job Centre didnt introduce me to this programme much earlier.

This is a shambles! Ok so I thought they was suppose to help you get back into work ? No definitely not . I’ve been passed to different “work coaches” every-time they call me ! It almost feels like harassment ! I’ve had confrontation with Baljinder before he’s RUDE! Ive told them to delete my details off their system because they have done nothing to help me they’ve coursed more stress ! I’ve now found work on my own and they are still calling and leaving messages it’s like they don’t get the hint ! I’ve told them I’m working and to leave me alone the lack of communication between the staff he is literally ZERO!

I've been with signed up with Jobs22 since the lockdown has been lifted, so just over a year. My work coach was 'Hannah Outlaw'. In this time span Hannah has managed to help me update my CV so it looks more professional, she has taken her time out to get me job interviews, Hannah has done surveys with me so she has a good idea of where I am emotionally as well as mentally. I've had many down moments this year as I was rejected and not accepted in many job interviews, my confidence would go low, I would feel useless and motivation would be out of the window. Every time I felt like this Hannah would always keep me positive and assure me I would get employed soon, I just have to keep trying. Hannah would always speak to me in the most polite, respectful manner, she always seemed like she genuinely cared. Hannah always knew when I had job interviews so I never felt down for long as she would call me the same day or the day after I heard from the job. She once called me 2 minutes after I got rejected. Hannah would always stay on top of things. When Hannah felt I might need extra support she introduced me to a man named 'Michael Neofitos' who also works in Jobs 22. Michael also has got me job interviews, kept me motivated and always assured me things will work out. Michael was very respectful, well mannered, highly professional and one of the nicest people I've been fortunate to come across. Sometimes I feel happy work took so long to find as it gave me more to spend with these beautiful people. Hannah eventually got me in to a course where I received a 'Level 1 Customer service' Qualification. The course was only 5 days, I enjoyed every minute of it and in the end of the course I got a job interview. The job interview went successful and I am now employed. During my time with Jobs22 not at any point did I feel looked down upon. My down moods and frustration of not finding work was met with professionalism and an understanding, caring nature. I always was always made to feel like I can do it and having set backs was just part of life when it comes to looking for work. I can not Thank Jobs22 enough for everything they have done for me, they have completely exceeded my expectations. One of my best things I have ever participated in my life. Thank you Jobs22 and a very special Thank you to Hannah Outlaw and Michael Neofitos. I wish them all the best.

I would highly recommend jobs 22 talking to my advisor ANGELA was very informative opening new opportunities and ideas also it is a very good option for the more mature job seeker giving a confidence boost in a personal level you can't receive from the job centre

Sandy has been extraordinarily helpful, caring, understanding and sympathetic whilst dealing with me and my mental health issues. I am extremely grateful to her and for everything she has done.

Jobs 22 are a good and a beneficial company to use, as they offer relevant courses, which are interesting to complete.

Been reading about this they work alongside the job centre personally I think it's a waste of tax payers money making this mandatory for any one that claims universal credit these courses have been going on for ages they just name them different things it's totally pointless these people don't no anyone's circumstances but push and push because they are working alongside the jobcentre stop wasting money on pointless things a confidence course who even makes these things 🤣

Whilst attending, you’ll be given Trustpilot’s hyperlink and pressured to favourably review least impacts on. Hence so many of their empowerment quacks are personally named and praised. All their five star reviews are corralled. Whilst their actual service consists of unqualified advisers the private sector wouldn’t hire improvising on someone else’s problems as if sitting in a wine bar. And health and safety type courses to appear busily constructive irrespective of if a nuclear scientist. They're an ineffectual ill conceived sub contracted outpost for commercial rejects. Take heart if unemployed that they found work.

My experience with Jobs22 has unfortunately not been a great one. I was excited initially thinking that I'd be recieving some help and support at a gentle pace but was instead met with rude and aggressive staff who get angry easily and shout and are so emotional that they cannot see what clients actually need therefore definitely cannot help them. Utterly disappointed.

Helpful and not pushy like some other places I have been. They are working WITH me and my needs which makes a refreshing change. Lots of training available to help develop new skills and improve old ones. Also happy to offer support wherever needed.

Lucy my employment coach is wonderful and beyond helpful. I feel as confident as ever in my search for employment. A friendly atmosphere and a very positive experience overall. Definitely recommend!
