I was at the Aylesbury JobCenter to apply for a job, and didn't have my CV ready for the interview which was the next day. The work couch Hannah told me that there is someone who can help me out, and booked me a call with the National Careers Service Adviser, David Rennie at 4:30PM. I got my CV ready by 6PM the same day! I was so impressed by the timing, the approach and commitment of David to help me out in this situation! I'm very happy with the quality and profesionalism of my new CV. My experience with jobs22 is entirely negative. Breathtaking lack of local knowledge. I have been sent for job interviews that do not exist. I was told I lived 20 minutes from a busstop, which was news to me and the other residents of my village, as "the website said so". I checked the bus times and said I'd be late every day for this job I was ignored. I was then scheduled an interview at the company office 15 miles away. I told the woman at Jobs22 I did not have the requisite paperwork and was ignored. When I got to the venue, no interview was scheduled and they asked why I hadn't been sent to their office which was 2 miles from my house. I recieved no apology for this. I was sent for a further interview, a 20 mile round trip only to be told there was no school hour jobs, contrary to what jobs22 explicitly stated. I told a jobs22 employee that I would recieve a negative reference from my previous employer. She stated this was illegal. I stated that it wasn't , and as long as it wasn't libellous, it was perfectly legal. She proceded to repeat this back to me in different words and then state " I know this, and it's a fact". I had to Google this in front of her before she'd concede this. I had to explain what it meant to use a phrase or saying to a jobs22 employee. 6 months After I set up my own business, with no help and overt hostility from jobs22, I was contacted by their self employment specialist. She implied that I was obliged to share information and continue contact with jobs22. She bizarrely stated that I should meet them face to face so things weren't " lost in translation". When I outright demanded they provide evidence of my obligations towards them, she ignored my email and scheduled an appointment. It took two emails of demanding evidence before they admitted I had no need to.speak to them. So obvious they wereafter a paid outcome at my inconvenience

My experience with this company is outstanding very quick very helpful I am really happy with my cv and cover letter I would deffently recommend all of my friends that need help.. 5 stars really happy..

Shocking.stats show 93% came away without a job from this programme.I'm refusing to go 16miles each way.I have bad knees and told to rest but these insist i go to see them face to face.not a chance. I was told I will be sanctioned but surely they can do telephone calls. I have no to do list of my journal for universal credit.waste of time and needs to be sorted as not working.Typical government crap
