I contacted Support last week and received less than satisfactory help, meaning that I had to spend time searching for reports that Support could've told me about in minutes. Today I asked for help again and Anthony asked if he could call me. I was surprised as I asked for this last week and was told they couldn't. Of course I said yes and Anthony was a breath of fresh air! He answered all my questions, helped me to rectify transactions and advised me of the best way to do things. He even sent me his calendar so that we can have a tutorial. Well done Anthony, thank you so much.

Arthur is simple to use, and you can actually do all aspects of property managements on one platform, saving so much time. It will take time to learn how to use it, but well worth the effort. Best of all, is the support, the staff respond quickly to the livechat, and Anthony even called me to resolve a complete mess of my own making once.

"From 4pm on the 10th December the live chat will be closed. Any queries will be picked up first thing on Monday 13th! 🎄" Erm, Merry Christmas guys, though most of us are approaching Easter now. Not an encouraging start - no thanks.
