I had training session with Megha Patel and I just want to say that she was brilliant, friendly and helpful I have bit sceptical about this software at first but the more time I have spend on it it started to make much more sense for me. During the training: All my questions have been answered and I have learned so much. I can only recommend this software to everyone because it is going to make your life so much easier and defiantly make sure to book a training session as only then it dose make much more sense

I had a tutorial with Rayan Alim at Arthur and he was extremely helpful. He understood my queries, was proactive in his suggestions and made alterations to my set up during the tutorial and after it had finished. He helpfully suggested recording the session which I will definitely look back on and has made it easy to come back to him for more advice, should I need it.

We have used Arthur since starting our property management company in 2018 and the software has improved massively in that time. Really happy with the quality of the product and support. Nikoleta is our dedicated contact and is nothing but helpful and supportive and Kevin has been fantastic with helping us with bespoke reports which have saved us countless hours - cannot recommend them enough.

Too many bugs, without consideration for the imact the system not working has on our business. We have had Data issues (where people can see data they shouldnt be able too), search not working, statements dissapear.... don't feel particulaly valued.
