Arthur online listen to their customers (I know, Rare, right) and if an improvement is suggested and it is something that they have not thought of, but is easy to implement, they do it for everyone. we have had tutorials with Marc that have made getting the best out of the system invaluable and knowing Jafar is just an email away is the best safety blanket.. United Kingdom | 21 April 2020Arthur Online is a great property management platform with outstanding support from the whole team, Jafar and Ming have been incredible (alphabetical order). We manage and let hundreds of properties and the things you can do with this system are really useful and make life so much easier all in one place. From saving documents only you need to be able to see, to sharing the WiFi password with your tenants. There are even dedicated apps for tenants, contractors and property managers, all feeding back into the system to help you cut down on the various places people try to get in touch with you from and vice versa. The accounts side is made simpler being able to integrate with Xero and Quickbooks, plus there is fantastic support with online easy to follow how-to guides and if you get really stuck Arthur's dedicated accounts team have never let me down.

He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; making the training session enjoyable and beneficial for the whole team. Using our own account to train the team gave us a better understanding of how to utilise Arthur for our business and made it much more personal. The quizzes in-between were fun but also helped to remind everyone of what we'd just learned. I would definitely recommend booking an Arthur Online training day.

I am a landlord for more than 10 years and currently work in the proptech arena. Arthur Online has been developed by landlords for landlords. This ensures that is contains the right set of features and tools to manage YOUR portfolio, whether you are a landlord or lettings agent. The integrations with Xero and Quickbooks can reduce hours spent on bookkeeping. By way of example, typically all rents are transmitted automatically by Arthur to Xero, meaning no data entry in Xero! Imagine the time saving for a landlord or lettings agency with say 50 or more properties. The key to success with Arthur is training. Learn the system and you will be able to leverage more of the features. If you are a landlord with a small number of properties (<5), check out Landlord Vision. I must say that your question : "Does it have any documents attached?" was fantastic. It shows how much you understand the system and how we use it. I used to be an IT manager before creating my property management business, so I appreciate very much people who troubleshoot well and who care about the customer.

Where any changes can be made to the system to help you work more productively they will make them or if they can't be made there and then they actually get put into development for future updates - which is a breath of fresh air from what we were used to. Several people have been amazing recently so a massive thank you to (in alphabetical order) Greg, Jafar, James and Max!
