Helped a 200 unit Lettings Agent move from manual systems to Arthur-Xero. Due to the client not providing 100% accurate information on initial import and then trying to match up with their manual system for a few months, it was a serious installation effort on our part with many issues to resolve. However, the result is fantastic - client is delighted with a now smooth flowing system to manage all their rents and keep landlords happy. We fully trained up their rentals administration person to operate the system and they now manage everything - 400+client account transactions per month. Quite an achievement and thanks to a great system client is tremendously happy with our services provided and the resulting system for managing their rentals business. When you install Arthur, my best advice is to make sure starting data is 100% accurate to ensure a straightforward install, and employ the team at Arthur well and ideally an Arthur certified accountant to ensure a great start ! I started using Arthur Online about 8 months ago when I set up my own lettings and property management business. I looked at so many different options for property software and there was so much choice and so much difference in price range - A minefield. I decided to go with Arthur Online not only because the price structure is reasonable but also it integrates with Xero which is invaluable to me to ensure that rents are received and paid over correctly. It takes a little bit of time to get used to how the system works but the support is so fantastic and there is always someone to help at the end of the phone. I have been dealing mostly with Greg and he has been fantastic at helping me with my financial queries and has always been happy to assist. Thank you - It's really helped me to be able to do less admin and have more time to concentrate on winning new business. They are also always developing and updating the software to meet customer needs and listen to our feedback which is great.

I have been using Arthur since meeting the creators at a Property Exhibition. Marc Trupp and I spoke at length about his system and I trialled it as soon as I got home! That was 4 years ago and, to this day, I have found Arthur exceptional! The continuous improvement shows the owners are not content to sit still, but want to keep surpassing expectations - and they suceed! The team is great and so helpful and professional. Whenever, I hear a colleague in the industry speaking about Arthur, I feel smug I have been using it for so long! :-)

Mona has gone over and above to give us much needed help. Nothing was too difficult and there was nothing she didn't know, even with the most taxing of problems and with a very stressed customer she got everything finished in time! She, and all of the staff we have dealt with have surpassed our expectations, which are, always high!

It has not been this long since we have started using Arthur online, but what a journey has it been so far... Brilliant service form Max, who has kindly taken us under his wings and led through all the transfer process. Apart from the fact that Max is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable he also must be the most patient person ever. He keeps his times, his response time is rapid, never has left us hanging. He has great work ethic. All his qualities made the transfer process so smooth. He is a huge credit to his company and sets high standard of work for his colleagues to meet.

I love Arthur Online, its been a complete godsend sorting out new tenancy agreements (Mona has been so helpful) and all the related paperwork, and reconciling with Xero has been a doddle.

I am still learning the system and regularly use the 'chat' feature to get quick help and advice. Its refreshing to be dealing with knowledgeable people, with a sense of humour and understand your needs quickly. Dan saved the day today too.

A big thanks to Marc, Greg, Max and the team. I have been using Arthur Online for 6 months and already seeing huge benefits. My time on admin has been hugely reduced, telephone calls kept to a minimum with tenants able to log issues, check their ast's etc on the app, digital signatures, referencing all carried out in one place. The team at Arthur really are the best I have dealt with after 20 years in this industry, customer service, training and guidance 5 stars. Arthur online are amazing at what they do and the way in which they optimise there services are great. we use Arthur for all our properties in regards to maintenance, payroll, accounts storing all our properties and all tenants living there aswel, it makes our life so much easier. we couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

I really like the product and the support. Arthur has a concise knowledge base you can go through at your own speed, or you can use their chat facility, or just pick up the phone and work with them on your account on your screen. I have got a lot of help from Max, but also great help from others including Marc, Jasmine and Greg. They really are great trainers and give you as much time as you need. So far I have not been restricted in running the business I want to run. My aim with Arthur is to have more formal processes, be a good landlord and have a system I have designed and know to hand over to my lettings manager. Arthur is letting me do just that.

The team at Arthur are amazing! They have always been extremely helpful and answer any issues pretty quickly. They are always willing to help you, and talk you through step by step if you're experiencing problems. Also pretty funny and easy to get along with Arthur webchat. Excellent service!

The software is great and has helped us manage our large portfolio of HMO properties very effectively. The support the team give you is outstanding, as a question via the chat function and you will normally have an answer within a few minutes. So useful when you have linked it to Xero as it can get a little complicated! Amazing service.

Arthur is a brilliant piece of software that has made my life all that much easier! Not only does the software offer so many features but the growing integrations of digital signatures, and online inventory and much more saves so much time and is done to a high professional standard. Anyone managing properties I would highly recommend Arthur.

I fell in Love with Arthur long ago. So much that I got my new Company to use it also. We would like to have Arthur as a partner as they are forward thinking, user friendly and always available to answer any questions. It's easy to communicate with tenants through Arthur and everything is recorded there. Super easy to link with the accounting system making everything even easier. Also, a super super lovely team!

I've used other property management softwares before and by far Arthur is the best. I HIGHLY recommend it. The software itself is VERY user-friendly. I've never been a super techy person, but the website is easy to navigate through. If I ever get stumped, there are articles to consult. If the articles are not helpful, the online chat is great! The staff are very knowledgeable, quick to respond and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. The support from Arthur is what sets them apart from any other company/software.
