I have only been using it for 2 weeks but it is a user-friendly system. Complex but good. Many, many thanks to Rayan, he was EXCELLENT! Really friendly, patient and really cares to deliver a great support and customer care. Thank you again Rayan! I am sure I am not done yet so expect a few more calls/emails from me ;-)

I have spoken to Anthony on a few occasions how has always reassured me, been very patient going over things at my pace and checking my understanding. Excellent customer service skills coupled with unquestionable knowledge of Arthur.

United Kingdom | 14 April 2022Generally speaking the software works as advertised. The support and having to pay for it plus the vague descriptions of automation actions is madness. As a subscriber and user I expect to be able to SPEAK to someone not just email and having to PAY for support for the very software I am already paying for is disgusting. This model of PMS is unhelpful to the very clients it purports to serve. Having used Arthur over 4 years ago I was astonished when I returned to discover the issues with the tenant communications have not been resolved. Locating something communicated with a tenant is like finding a needle in a haystack. The financial element of Arthur is the only one that keeps me here.

I needed to send the invoices out on the next morning so time was of essence. Finally got through to some help and it was Anthony Hollinshead who helped me. I explained the problem late afternoon and it was sorted by 6:30pm the same day! I managed to send the invoices out the next morning on time. Anthony was superb and fixed the problems promptly. Would highly recommend getting help off Anthony for financials as I certainly will be.
