We have been looking at various property management systems, and after having a demo with Max we decided to bite the bullet and go for it. Since going live, the support I have received from Max has been amazing. Nothing is a problem to him and no question is too silly :) I have also had my first tutorial with Femi - wo was also really good. He listened to me, took his time and showed how to do everything in a clear and concise manner. I'll definitely be booking Femi out again

After consulting many different solutions on how to manage our growing portfolio we decided to go with Arthur. Firstly, they aren't pushy on the sales front but supportive and take the time to listen to your queries as well as ensuring what you need is a good fit with what they offer. The onboarding was easy thanks to Max who was our point of contact and support throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the product and team behind it. The support is there from the outset and the team make what could be a stressful experience with porting a lot of information from one system to another - a straight forward task. Thank you all!

Arthur used to be an amazing company but now it is appalling with prices rising regularly and zero customer support. If you raise a bug they pretend it does not exist and then admit they knew about it but didn't want to tell their customers in case not everyone was affected. You cannot talk to a person and have to use their in app messaging service so they can hide behind it. I insisted that they call me back on a bug which mean I cannot do accounts and they offered a 5 day call back. SIMPLY PUT AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Scam Company Avoid!!! Using Arthur has really crippled our business. 1. Customer support is terrible, they claim that you can request a call back for a complex issue, we have been with Arthur for over a 2 and a half years and not once have they called us after requesting this. 2. Customer support via the online chat is terrible, the average time it takes for someone to respond is about 30 mins and then they do not even understand your question. 3. Servers are very slow and seem always break at the ned of the month when we have to remit to clients. 4. Financial side is by far the worst, it is extremely complex to carry out rent reviews close tenancies return deposits etc. Your honestly a lot better off sticking to Excel Spreadsheets.

We encountered numerous problems with Arthur's financial system, and unfortunately, its functionality was at its worst. Additionally, their response time to address these issues one by one is three weeks. During this period, we were forced to manage our property operations manually in Excel, which, in my opinion, is a more efficient alternative to Arthur. Update as of September 26, 2023: I received a call from Anthony in the Support team, and he assured that that the issues will be resolved. I appreciate his assistance in working to resolve them. Update as of October 02, 2023: The issue is still not resolved.

The worst software - avoid!!!! I've spent hours and hours (3 years to be exact) trying to set up, use, and trust this terrible, terrible software system. Onboarding was non-existent, customer service is non-existent, the web chat is awful (I've been on it for hours for the simplest of queries), the staff don't understand the system themselves and I've been living this nightmare that is Arthur for far too long. I don't trust the system, I definitely don't trust the reports, the staff are not friendly or helpful and, actually, I wouldn't miss it. I'm currently (along with many others, I hear) in the process of finding a system that works.

Worst app No customer service No one to speak to only via chat All advisers are unhelpful I need download my chat between estate agent and myself I can’t app don’t let you print the chat Badly designed need update this to allow tenant to print chats Need get person to speak to why only chat they don’t reply for weeks Very poor customer service

Our experience with Arthur has been all round a great one. We did have some issues with setting up however, once Nikoleta started managing our systems, the experience has been amazing. My only feedback is that Arthur's customer support agents need to provide better customer service on the chat function but, with the help of our relationship manager Nikoleta, we are able to sort out our issues with great customer service provided.

I’ve worked in lettings long enough to remember hand written rent books and moving to Arthur made me want to try them again as it would have been faster and more accurate! Trying to communicate with Arthur is extremely frustrating as they force you to use an online chat service which is next to useless, the time it took to get a basic question answered averaged about 40mins. One of the more satisfying parts of my job role is a weekly reconcile which before moving to Arthur was no problem and I could reconcile to a 1p, however the whole time I was using Arthur I was unable to reconcile to anywhere near the amount I was looking for and was often given figures that were £1,000’s of pounds out!. The Arthur system was very confusing, slow, and unreliable, glitch after glitch after glitch. Please do not agree to trying this system if you want to remain sane.

I run a reasonably sized property management company and have been for 18+ years, Arthur bought out the system we were using and we migrated to Arthur as a result in March 2022 and experienced 13 months of hell. All appeared professional and ok to begin with, but we soon found out that the system does not work as it should, Arthur had so many 'Glitches' 'Bugs' I had to keep a record of them in an A4 ring binder, I could wedge open my front door with it on a windy day there are that many!! Xero integration did not work all the time and produced errors on statements, we had to constantly check transactions and correct errors, Arthur staff were overrun and couldn't cope with the volume of technical issues they were experiencing. The whole point of a software system is to streamline your business, not crucify it! We are extremely thorough and checked transactions were correct, if you move to Arthur and look closely you will find transaction errors on statements etc. I guarantee it! The nail in the coffin was when I posted a rent in January 2023 of £350.00, the tenants rent owed was £750.00, the tenants statement updated correctly showing their arrears, however, the Arthur system posted the £400.00 arrears onto the landlord statement and was going to allow me to pay the landlord the £400.00 we hadnt even received!!!! AWFUL! If you don't check things your client account could end up losing money due to Arthurs 'glitches' 'bugs' You will spend hours and hours reporting glitches/bugs, you will be notified that they are experiencing 'global issues' on a regular basis, all of which impact the daily running of your business! If you want a relatively stress free life I would recommend you choose a reliable software provider, we moved away from Arthur after spending a lot of money with them, it was the best business decision we have ever made, the new system we moved to is professional, the onboarding process was exceptional, the system does what it is meant to do without 'glitches' and 'bugs', it made me truly appreciate how shocking Arthur was. Arthur updated their terms and conditions whilst we were still clients so that they cant be held responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of their system glitches etc, they also state that they can't guarantee the system will work!!! We had staff in tears, staff leave the job and staff stressed all due to Arthur. We spoke to other agents that were onboarded at the same time after they breached data protection and cc'd me into a list of all the other agencies onboarding at the same time, lots of them were experiencing the same issues and were totally fed up of the Arthur system. I am not normally a person to write reviews, I am doing this in the hope that this review will save someone a lot of time, money and stress. I haven't experienced any 'glitches' or 'bugs' AT ALL for the last 3 months since moving away from Arthur in April 2023. Good riddance!!

Unfortunately despite our best efforts to remain with this system we eventually decided enough was enough. So many issues, untrustworthy reports and incorrect data caused us no end of problems. After just over 1 year we moved to another tried and tested system. It has been a revelation and proved to us how poor this system was. My staff now enjoy working again. I’m sorry but I can’t describe in detail just how bad this system was. Awful.

We've been using Arthur for almost 2 years now and I had my first training session with Subomi last week. It was a great call where I learnt so much that I hadn't been doing correctly on Arthur and just how much functionality it has. Having Arthur on board has definitely helped reduce workload and having to track spreadsheets of income, costs as well as ease of communication with tenants.
